Wow, the nice lady only cut my hair but also give me a new hair style. Probably one of the best styles I had in my life, I'm so pleasantly surprised! Did not think it can work like this, I'm copying this style! Highly recommend every guy to try this place. Service is nice and fast, price is affordable too.

Have been to Kittiez 3 times and always go for Brooke. She is amazing and listens to what I want and also adds in some suggestions. The way she shows interest denotes how much she loves what she is doing and hence shows in the result.
I have never had a bad experience it has always been the best. Would highly recommend this place and Brooke if available.

Julie has cut my hair since 2016, first at Kittiez on Stevens Creek and now in Willow Glen. She pays close attention to her work and makes sure you like how she is styling your hair. At the end she always performs a thorough review and shows you all the angles of the cut with her mirror to make sure you're happy. I love the haircuts and would recommend!

I’ve been coming to Kittiez for 4 years to see Julie. Not only does she do an incredible job cutting hair, but she makes sure that you feel comfortable and well served. I’ve never had a bad haircut here (even for last minute haircuts where I couldn’t get Julie), but Julie is truly the best! The whole experience can’t be better with great staff and a comfortable location making a smooth visit every time.

My hunt for a Good haircut ended at Kittiez, when I booked an appointment with Julie a year ago. Julie recommended a hairstyle that is perfect for my face and hair (I have got very unruly hair). Since then I get a perfect haircut every time. Julie double checks, triple checks every detail to make sure, I look my best self. Friendly staff, nice place and great value for the money.

Good: easy to schedule, relatively consistent service regardless of which stylist

Bad: high end price with middle of the road service dressed up with a fancy location

Bonus you can schedule even last minute online so if you don’t wanna talk to anyone like me you dont have to!

This place advertises themselves as more than a very cheap barber shop, but the only difference is price ($30). Stylist asked hardly any questions, was done in 15min, and when I got home I realized she hadn't even blended the top correctly, so there were small protruding bumps of hair toward the top of the side. Wouldn't be at all surprised if the majority of positive reviews are fake.

Hardly cut any of my hair, didn't trim my beard, basically only blew cold air on my head with the hair dryer and charged 30$ (and they dared to ask for a tip). People who see me daily didn't even notice I've got a haircut.

She had very little work to do and she didn't do that either.go somewhere else.

I thought this would be a good place to get my hair cut, because of how many ratings this place had, but no that’s not the case. My stylist had no idea what she was doing and I got one of the worst haircuts I have ever gotten. My haircut in the middle of the desert in turkey was 10 times better than this stupid place.

Good place for a good haircut. I have had good experience here and have been getting haircut here regularly for the past 5 years. Price has slightly crept up in the past few months though.

I visited this place for the first time and I had an appointment with Rosario.she was really good. What I liked about her was that she didn’t rush through and listened to me what I wanted. I would definitely recommend this place and specially Rosario.

Refered by a friend to give it a try, the haircut was ok but i was not very satisfied. I was a walk-in and they assigned a random stylist to me. 15 minutes cost $30. And i paid 15%tip, overall it was a little over priced.

You should make an appointment. Place is enough. There are restrooms. Lots of staff is working. Price can be less.

Sorry guys, people are nice but the haircut felt rushed and barely any effort put in the cut. Was left with a awful uneven cut in the front that can only hair products can fix. That’ll be my last visit

The online system (unless you know who you want) is hard to find a good stylist.feels more random. The haircuts are just ok. Some good, some not so good. Just luck of the draw.
