My culligan guy is great. He always asks how my kids are and always brings a treat for my dog. She loves him too.

Firstly and foremostly, a very tasty product! My kids and I love our filtered water so much (and now dislike everyone else’s!) I inherited my system when I bought my house 10+ years ago, so I don’t know how long ago it was actually installed, but in all these years we’ve never had a single problem! The service has been very reliable; the filter changes super easy - I don’t even have to remember to schedule them; I get a phone call and Culligan makes it happen, depending on my schedule. Every technician who’s ever come out to my house has been just great - very professional, very efficient, very knowledgeable, and even very easy to talk to! Recently my old-school dad expressed his opinion that I’m paying too much for monthly filtered water. So the next time a technician came out to change my filter I asked him whether I should just buy a system instead of paying monthly, and he, very kindly and intelligently, detailed at length why this monthly system is both a better deal and a far superior product to anything I could buy out right. I very much appreciated his extensive knowledge and thoughtful delivery! And how generous he was with his time to answer all my questions! (Especially since I could then school my dad on how wrong he was! Not that he would ever once in his life admit that I was right about something…) Very recently the original Culligan water faucet finally wore out (helped along, no doubt, by my youngest - (who’s developmently disabled, so has even more of a reason to not listen to his mother) - yanking a bit too hard and a bit too often on the thing. I made one phone call and was assisted by a very kind and helpful woman, who scheduled a technician to come out. The technician (I wish I could remember his name! Was it Dan?) showed up very much on time, and, it turned out, had called me twice beforehand to let me know he was coming. However, I’d been ignoring my phone (and had it on silent), so I’m so glad he came over even though I hadn’t responded! Of course I’d forgotten about his coming (typical of me) but Dan (?) wasn’t the least fazed by me appearing at the door disheveled and in my bathrobe! He was charming, kind, funny, and very efficient! Very lovely man; also thankfully not bothered by my large and rather loud dog. He got right to work, offered me my choice of faucet handles, commiserated with me on why in the world would this thing be made out of plastic? - and was just a total gentleman and a professional. And funny, too! I always very much appreciate that quality. Congratulations Culligan, on having such a valuable employee. Thank you Dan (?), very much, and thank you Culligan, very much! ROB and his employees are the best.my wife and i have used kitzman culligan since 1989 when we bought our home. SOFT WATER and REVERSE OSMOSIS. Before rob, his dad.both fellas are wonderful and ALWAYS bend over backwards to accomodate us.

His employees are WONDERFUL, thorough and always leave a clean area when they leave.we highly recommend Rob and KITZMAN CULLIGAN.

Moving to a place with notoriously hard water, we signed up for a Culligan water softener service immediately. It has been so worth it! My appliances last longer, cleaning is easier, and on top of that, my skin feels great.

If you're looking for the best water softener company company on the Central Coast, Kitzman's Culligan is it.
I understand they also offer plumbing services. I have not had need to use them but would completely trust them in that arena as well.

I never have a problem with my service. They come and change my tank on a regular basis and I always have good clean soft water coming out of my tap.

I have used Kitzman's water service for over a year now. The rates are reasonable and the service is great. They always give you a heads up ahead of time when they are coming and billing is very easy. Very professional business. So great having soft water! Thank you all at Kitzman's!
