1 I got kiwi shipping to freight some parts from the USA to NZL. The Batch of parts went well. Super fast pick up and delivery to NZL. The second batch of parts was going well until US customs decided to pick on the container and take every box in a box apart. One of my items got lost. I informed Kiwi shipping of the problem.
I am writing this because of what happened next. They ordered another item for me. That came wrong. Then they ordered another item. That came damaged. The four-time we finally got it right. Chrissy D, Matt C and Craig R went beyond customer service. They purchase the item every time out of their own money with their own time. Making sure I got the item. The most incredible then was the item was only worth $107.00 NZL dollars.
Customer service personified. I would recommend Kiwi shipping any Kiwi. Kiwis looking after Kiwis is the only way we know how to. Their commitment to the customer is why I love being a New Zealander.
