Lisa does my lashes & Tina does my nails, pedicure & wax. They are friendly and great customer service! I have nothing but good to say about their service. Nails never lifted, broke, nor bad experience with waxing nor with my lashes. Very clean place. Good people! ️

Went for only trimming. But I liked the vibes, it felt homey and the staff are professional

It’s very convenient wax service bc it’s available usually at the same day. I was satisfied with Tina, she also performs nails. But yesterday I was scheduled to Lisa and unfortunately I was very upset with her level of performing. I think an Aestetithian should be trained very well before doing such a sensitive service to their customers. She burnt my skin with hot wax and left so many unwaxed areas. I would not recommend this person to anyone.

Ms. Jenny understood the assignment. For YEARS I have been rushed out of chairs (even though I tip well) because I don’t get the expensive services and always leave dissatisfied. For the first time someone took good care of my feet and treated me like any other paying customer. I expected to be in and out in 10 minutes because I was getting a regular pedicure with no color, but Jenny took the time to get out every ingrown and hang nail in sight. I bounced around to many different salons hoping to get this experience so I will definitely become a regular at KL nails, especially since I got that kind of care and attention for $20! 10/10 would recommend, but call if you are trying to walk in.

This was my first time getting acrylics EVER. I was so excited to get them done but I was very let down. My full set took about 30 minutes, which is pretty short for an acrylic set. My nail tech did a super bang-up job and left me bleeding on my thumb and gave me crooked nails! (See pics) There was nail glue that dried on the side of one of my fingers too, and not to mention she didn’t even touch my cuticles! I expected her to do a quality job, pay attention to detail, and make my first time a good one so that I would come back. After I told her that it was my first time, she charged me $40, not including tip! I’ve never had any friends pay that much anyplace else for basic gel-acrylic nails. All in all, she rushed my appointment, she overcharged me, and she gave me a mediocre set. Never going back. Do not go here if you want to walk out happy with your nails.

Came once and will never come in here again. Came in, nobody acknowledged me. Sat for like 10 min before a lady who was sitting down on her table watching something on her phone decided to ask me if I needed helped after awkwardly making eye contact about 3 times before she decided to say something. Got short acrylic nails and added silver foil to my ring fingers, which were put so horribly on my nails. I paid a total of $46 tip not included for what I would usually pay for long coffin nails.

I got my gel manicure, pedicure, lashes, and hair colored all in the same day by the same place!

(1st time visit and possibly last)

Came here with my girlfriend last Wednesday for us to get pedicures and unfortunately I got athlete's foot from the footbath for my pedicure!

I'm glad she didn't get it. Both of our nails came out great. That's the only reason it gets 2 stars and not 1. I've gotten at least 8 or 9 pedicures in my entire life at other places and this has never happend to me before.

They need to change the filter or at least use clean towels. It seemed like there was an easy amount of room for cross contamination to occur.

Proceed with caution!
