Their staff is not only professional bot so nice too. I just love it, can't get enough of it. I would certainly recommend them to friends and family.

Didn't know it was closed to Covid 19 and happened to be in the area so we stopped by.
Person was rude to us and said to her coworkers before we said a word. "I gotta go deal with these people" (meaning us)
We won't be back.

SF puts it in your car if you open the back from the driver's seat. But, K&L wines are so wonderful I'd go anywhere to get the quality they provide.

Full admission: I work here. Why five stars? The ownership and management have been prioritizing their employees safety during this pandemic. Sure there's outstanding selection and a good turn around time of 24-48 hours with the volume we are currently processing, with great deals overall very fair pricing on everything from wine to beer to spirits. But you also know you're supporting a business that gives a damn about its people, and from where I am, that counts for a lot.

We love this store. A local treasure as it's often hard to find independent stores. Nice staff and a great selection of foods. Top notch place!

Good selection, particularly if you're after high end wines or whiskies. Competitive pricing, knowledgeable staff, and able to transfer inventory around the state for pickup at your convenience.

Great selection of all sorts of spirits and beers. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. I went for a wine tasting event. They have tastings a few times a week. Very cool way to try something new. Highly recommend!

They have an excellent selection of wines. Staffs were knowledgeable and did gave me the best recommendation of their wines. Prices was reasonable and the quality was great.

Only place in the area where I could find Georgian wine. The staff were incredibly helpful despite the Thanksgiving crowd.

Has a huge selection of affordable 10+ years Bordeaux wine that are well maintained. 20 year old Bordeaux for less than $35 (mostly Haut-Medoc though)

Their advice is rock solid. I'm not much of a wine drinker, but I know I don't like fruity wines. Give me terroir. They do a great job.

Terrible customer service!
Not sure what’s going on or if I somehow have a weird experience versus all the other customers.
I placed an order online for a very nice (expensive) bottle of wine to be delivered as an anniversary gift. My order was confirmed, delivery scheduled (confirmed via text) and then radio silence.
Order doesn’t get delivered, no communication!
I feel like I was ghosted:). Check online for my order status and it states ‘cancelled due to fraud’.
Checked with my CC company, no problems or alerts.
Two days later, emails to customer service, still no response.

Maybe join this century, if you have an online store, follow up with your customers!

The best selection of domestic and I international wines and spirits in the bay area. Plus a knowledgeable staff. My go to wine shop.

Best place for rare, vintage, imported or high end wines. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Many prerelease well reviewed vintages. They also buy estate collections, I bought a 25 year old Opus for a special occasion.

It was absolutely great place for great wines. I love the selections it was massive. It well organized and well managed. Service was great and a very friendly staff.

Best wine shop around with a very unique selection! I just wish they carried fresh lemon juice then I wouldn't need to stop anywhere else for cocktail fixins

Great place, knowledgeable staff. They were (unintentionally) snooty about me wanting them to go to the back and get the cheap drinking wine -_-. Glad they had it though!

This place offers one of the biggest selection for fine wine. And it is probably the biggest merchant that carries champagne.
Good place to go to if you're into wine, but on the other hand, if you are into wine, it is hard to miss this spot

I was in the wholesale liquor business. I never had K&L as an account, but they knew their business and could afford to be picky as hell at the price points offered. Great selection and staff is included in educational tastings. Tell them what you like and be given multiple options.

First visit. Wow, what a selection of EVERYTHING alcohol related. It's a drive from Sacramento, but if you're down for the weekend it's worth the trip
