Alan Klein's office has been the most NEGLIGENT, CARELESS, INADEQUATE AND DISASTROUS legal experience of my life. I had been successfully obtaining O1 visas for 9 years, my previous counsel passed away, so when I was due for renewal I went to Alan because he came highly recommended by a few colleagues. Fatal mistake. The whole experience was appalling: aside from the fact that he once took 6 weeks to reply to an email, that he was rude and sounded annoyed whenever I asked him anything, the worst part was the application he put together: it was so filled with discrepancies, inconsistencies and missing items, constructing a string of mistakes so long we got an RFE and then Alan managed to get me denied too despite the fact that I 100% qualified and that I followed exactly what he unfortunately told me to do. 4 months after the denial I had been approved through a different counsel. That goes to show something truly unethical is happening at this Law Office if you can even call it that.
Left me high and dry. Never returned emails, didn't have the decency to tell me why I was being ignored. I always gave a retainer, was always honest with what I was looking to accomplish and got nothing. Would highly NOT recommend. If I could give minus stars I would.
