Do not bring your car here. 3 weeks later my car is still there and repairs still not done. Bring it somewhere else. The guy that answers the call needs to be a little bit nicer on the phone. I always bring my car for all the accidents I had to kniesel but this will be the last time I’m bringing them there. Too bad I didn’t this guys name. Because of him he lost another customer.

First & last time I take my vehicle to this body shop due to a rear end accident. It took me almost month for me to pick it up my car after exceeding my car rental while the shop worked on my car.
I was expecting my car to be in good hands but this how they I finish my car
They ended up fixing it because I complained but I'm but not satisfied overall

Had my car repaired here after a collision. Was told the car was detailed before picking it up. Car was not detailed at all. Dashboard still had dust/lint, console was dirty, seats dirty. They need to train their "car detail" department to learn how to be detailed and not just a rush job.

They were AMAZING! My catalytic converter was stolen TWICE. They were so kind and helpful through both thefts. Manny explained the whole process and made me feel very comfortable. They helped me with my rental car return and even gave me a ride to pick up rental car after 2nd theft. They are true professionals in a world where great customer service is close to nonexistent these days.

Only one way to describe. Best Place in Town. 2020 Ram and they some how made it better than new. Manny, the gentleman who took care of everything was Awesome.

I waited 40 minutes for an estimated. Basically, they were doing nothing just walking around talking with each other. There are many people working here but they are useless. Unfortunately that what happened to me. And they are not accurate enough for the estimate. I do not recommend

I really feel this place is the most expensive place in Sacramento was not happy my insurance company was trying to force me to sign my car over I I was not happy with this place at all shop around to all these car has been racked was not happy and I've dealt with lots of insurance companies was not happy with this place at all shop around shop shop shop around just letting you all know

Where could I start my insurance sent me here and for my cars body work due to a collision they put aftermarket parts and didn't even put the part they charged my insurance for thief save yourself the run around and go else where they don't put a blind fold on make you believe because your a female!

1st time experience with a Body Shop after my parked car is back into by semi truck and trailer. Great experience from the 1st time I place a call to Shanahan's Body Shop to the time I picked up my repaired car. Thank you.

The repairs were good. No complaints for the time it took as the parts came in late. Totally understandable. Some concerns I had about a chip in the windshield and some scratches in the paint unrelated to the body damage. The person who inspected my car initially said they'd take care of the chip and buff out the scratches as best they could. I also asked about detailing. The tech said he'd take care of the chip repair and buff out the scratches, but they might not come out. Not to worry. He said no cost. The thing is, if he said they wouldn't do it I would've paid them to do it. I had paid my deductible and picked up the car. The little things, chip and scratches, weren't done. Whatever, went on with my life. But they messed up charging my card. So I had to go in and pay again. While there I mentioned the little things. I was willing to pay to have those things fixed. Mr. Shanahan himself came out and whoa.man thinks everyone is out to bilk him. Never got a chance to even ask to pay him to fix the little things. After talking with his employee he admitted his employee overpromised but continued to overtalk this customer. Didn't have to be a negative experience, but it was pretty comical. Left money on the table for no good reason. Will not be returning. The repairs were good though. Customer service matters.

To expensive and poor quality job muy paint coat it's peeling off vs the original looks better! When come by for insurance inspection they lost the report 2 times and I have to re schedule another appointment!

Ridiculous! My car has been in the shop since August 25th. They told me my car would be ready September 17th. Then the 19th. Then the 21st. Then the 24th. Then the 25th. Then I get another call saying that it still won’t be done and they can’t make any promises that the parts will come in as they were told. It’s been a week and a half that they have delayed us getting our car. But WOW! They offer to pay for one day of rental car fees. If this is the kinda of excellent service they offer I would recommend them to no one. I’ll update when I finally get my car. Love how on top of all this I’m still having to pay for a car that I can’t drive along with a rental car.
