Had a service today, and they were quick, efficient, and friendly. They also did an emergency repair on my water heater late last year and really saved me (and my garage). They have given me fair estimates and I have grown to trust them on all my plumbing issues. I absolutely recommend them.

I've used these guys several times and they are always great. Repairs are done very well at a reasonable price. I also ask lots of questions and they are more than happy to answer and explain whatever I need. Victor did our last repair and he was awesome, but we've never had a bad experience with these guys. Highly recommend!

I want to thank everyone from Knights Plumbing, for such a quick response. I am a returning customer that had an issue with my kitchen sink. I called first thing in the morning and they were able to have a technician address and resolve the problem by the end of the day!

Their service is prompt. They came same day. However, when I initially called them, I specifically asked them if they service reverse osmosis filters and I was told yes. I needed to know as I have two different issues and one of them was the filter. They advised me that it would be $99 for the work call but they would credited if work was done. So far so good. When they arrived, they tell me they DO NOT service filters. So, now I either pay them for the work call $99 or have them fix half of the work and I still have to call another plumber to fix the issue. They ended up uninstalling the filter instead of servicing it because they said the filter was missing a valve and it was basically a pressure container. Once I read the manual for the filter, it clearly says that the valve is internal.
Total cost $189 plus $66 for parts.
They also gave me quotes to fix the other problem.
-Install new reverse osmosis filter $740 and install a new garbage disposal (I supply my own) $296.
-Change the garbage disposal (they supply 1/2 hp) $666.21
-Change garbage disposal (they supply 3/4hp) $763
I wish they would have informed me from the beginning that they do not service reverse osmosis filters and I would have not schedule with them. The way their model works it seems like a money grab play. And they left their broken basket and dirty rag in front of my house.

Mr. Glober Jr.was here to for an annual pipes and waterheater flush. He did a through inspection on the waterless water heater. He informed me on what he was looking for and how soon we should get it descaled. He was very pleasant and patient with my questions and concerns. He even went above and help resolve a situation I had with a company that was referred by Knights Plumbing. I was over all very happy and satisfied with his help and service.

Jason and Robert were professional, on time and were able to fix the problem quickly. I would recommend Knights Plumbing for any and all of your plumbing needs.:)

Had two clowns come out here and give us an estimate for $1700 the office said they would work with us. Had a certified contractor come out just happen to find through friends fixed it for free in 10 minutes. What a JOKE ON KNIGHTS!

They were a little early from our expected appointment time. They did the job quickly and were gone in a jiffy.
