Kobe Gyukatsu reviews
12 Forget anything I said before, this is my new favorite gyukatsu place
Beef Gyukatsu
Kelp Egg
Corn Cheese
I have been wanting to visit this restaurant for months now and what better time than the day we went to Oogie Boogie.
Everything was soooo freaking delicious. The beef gyukatsu was absolutely amazing. Their kelp egg was so flavorful. The combo of these 2 things was to die for like soooo good.
The corn cheese was probably the best corn cheese I’ve ever had. And not pictured here but we also tried their wagyu skewers and with lemon it was sooo freaking tasty. If I wasn’t food coma full already I probably would’ve ordered more of the skewer tbh.
10/10 will go back and I’m actually already thinking of reasons for me to come back to the area so I can have it again lol.
Kobe Gyukatsu exceeded our expectations! We savored the Spicy pork cutlet set, the Snowy cheese flakes gyukatsu set, and the Pork cutlet set, and every dish was a delightful experience. The food was superb, and the attentive service made our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
The food is great and the service is actually very good. They work as fast as they can and are very kind and attentive!
The food is absolutely delicious! The servers are so kind and helpful. I recommended this place to my friends and they love it
Went on a Friday night so the place was pretty crowded. Background music was mostly kpop.
There is a wait list by the door you’re supposed to use. Wish clearer directions were given by the staff or a sign, as I ended up standing awkwardly next to the door until a server pointed to the door where the wait list paper was hanged.
The cheese corn and beef tongue tasted pretty good (especially the cheese corn after the edges crisped up). But feel like the taste of the curry cream udon dropped from my last visit in January.
Their gyukatsu was super tender and delicious, while the spicy chicken cream noodles had just the right kick. Loved it and can't wait to go back!
Good portion sizes with lots of options, food is tasty, excellent service + staff are attentive to when the fire needs replacing so you can keep the food cooking. Lovely place with excellent dine-in experience
Good food, the gyukatsu was enjoyable. Masemen wasn't what was expected. It's more of spicy meat sauce dry udon. Not good.
Pork katsu combo with udon was good.
Only gripe of the place is that it smells of smoke and oil. I hate that.
Best one in town. If you get a chance to go when there's live music is always a bonus. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.
Taste: 4.3/5
Environment: 4.3/5
Service:4.3/5
Enjoy the barbecue on the grill
Recommend: Beef Gyukatsu
Portion is fair for the price. The quality of meat is good as well
If you’ve ever had the real deal in Japan you’d know this is subpar in quality. It’s not bad but if you’re coming from out the way you shouldn’t waste your time
I came here with friends and ordered the snowy cheese flakes kyukatsu! I had such a wonderful time. The service was really nice and I enjoyed the food!
