If you want to experience true customer care, you have to work with Moji. She went above and beyond for us and quite literally made a miracle happen that saved us so much time and money on our bathroom remodel. We will never forget your kindness and care, Moji - you are the best!

Adrianna was so helpful and her customer service was amazing! She helped me find everything i was Looking for and she knew about all the different styles. She was even able to get me a rain shower that i wanted but wasn’t available for months. She called 5 different stores and was able to get it delivered 2 days later.

The Kohler Signature Store is absolutely gorgeous and the customer service is excellent. Everyone is friendly and the store very well staffed. I had the pleasure to work with Meika Mack and it has been an extremely positive experience. Meika is organized, knowledgeable, and always helpful. She goes above and beyond for her customers. You can get everything you need for your bath and kitchen remodel at a very fair price.

Sabrina was beyond helpful when we had a faulty shower valve and she immediately ordered another one for us and replaced it with no charge. Just shows that people working here care and they want to help you get your project done as smooth as possible.

My shipment for a white farmhouse sink got delayed and I needed one asap before my countertops would be put in. I panicked and couldn’t find one at Home Depot or Lowe’s that was readily available. Sabrina helped me on the phone and in 5 minutes we were done with the sale. The next morning my beautiful farmhouse sink arrived at my house. Their warehouse is in Costa Mesa and they can ship for free locally the next day.

Purchase Kitchen faucet, farmhouse sink, pot filler, soap dispenser, air gap, flanger and a light fixture from Kohler located in Irvine CA. Customer service from beginning to end was amazing. Adrianna Andrade Design & Sales Consultant and Danielle Janisse were excellent prices were just as great. Will definitely recommend all my family and friends to this location and will definitely go back.

Passed by the store on the way home from a trip. Cynthia Larkins helped my wife and I out with two bathroom shower sets, sinks for our dual vanity, and a large robern vanily mirror. She got us great deals on everything! The best part is the concierge service, especially coordinating the shower sets since we wanted a rain, regular, and hand-held shower head. Even better was that we didn't have to spend all-day at the store. She communicated great via telephone and email. Would definitely go back!

I worked with Cynthia at the Irvine showroom. She was very helpful. Having said that, when I encountered a problem with the installation, she walked me through it and replaced a product that wasn't working in my situation with one that did. I truly appreciate her problem resolution skills as that is what separates a good experience from a poor one. Kohler stands behind their products.

Can't say enough about KSS Irvine and how helpful their Design and Sales consultant, Stephen Gomer, was. Stephen took so much time with my wife and I looking through various products and advised us on any alternative we could imagine. Also, price quotes were fast and ordering and delivery couldn't have been better. Stephen assisted with every aspect of our experience with KSS Irvine and we will definitely return when needed.

Cynthia was so patient and on top of everything! I asked a million questions and she sent me tons of quotes. She was so great to work with. The best thing about the Kohler store is not only do they have (can get) everything- but the prices are even less than Home Depot and you are getting the higher quality items (IMO). I would highly recommend going to the store- but ask for Cynthia - she is great!

We used the Kohler Showroom for both of our bath remodels. They were fabulous. But we couldn't have done them without Moji. She was thorough, professional and knowledgeable. She was our rock and somehow helped us keep our sanity amidst the chaos. Thanks Moji!

OMG I cannot say enough good things about the Kohler store in Irvine and the sales consultant Stephen G. I had a terrible experience at Pirch with a Kohler order so I decided to try the Irvine Kohler store. Stephen was so nice and helpful and was able to get me all the products I originally ordered (and never received) at Pirch in a VERY timely manner. Next time I want a Kohler product Stephen at Irvine Kohler is where I will go.
