Kohl's, Temecula CA

I mainly go to Kohl's to return Amazon purchases but the Kohl's employees are always polite and helpful.

I shop at Kohls all the time but this specific Kohl's 2 times that I shop here they accused me of switching the price tag but really it's there employees who is making the mistake. If they were good with their customer service they would honored me the price that the tag has. Not only did they make me feel bad but the manager and some of the sale associates there should be fired. I go to church and I wouldn't do that kind of stuff.

I have always had pleasant experiences in this location. The store is always kept up, and not a hot mess like other locations. Friendly salespeople and I like the overall quality / selection of Kohl’s.

A large assortment of men, women's, and children's clothing. Great deals throughout the store.

Very nice store. Very nice employees. I was just at a Kohl’s in Brooklyn NY and it had more attitude than items for sale.

This is the first time I have seen the new Sephora area. It is certainly an improvement over the previous make up and jewelry counter. Still, there are a lot of clearance racks and some bare shelves in men's clothing.

Jessica, the service manager needs some retraining in how to manage customers.
She spoke to me like a child, expected me to know internal procedures, did absolutely nothing to attempt to solve a problem but rather gave an employee ‘a look’ (her words) to ‘silently’ communicate to him how annoying of a customer I was, I assume. Zero * for this ‘manager’ she clearly has no idea about customer service, sadly making Kohls look terrible.

With a store this size. I don't understand why there is only one women's bathroom. Poor selection for women's athletic shoes.

Went to drop off an Amazon return. Met at the front door by a Kohls employee who greeted me and politely asked if I was returning Kohls or Amazon. I answered and he quickly pointed me in the direction I needed to go to get to that desk. The clerk at the return desk was also courteous and helpful, making the entire process seamless. Well done to everyone. Thank you!

It's a Kohls, same as any other. More class than Wal-Mart not as snobby as Macy's. Making Amazon returns here is super easy although the incentive to do so has declined. It used to be a large % off, now it just a $5 discount.

Drove all the way there for a airfryer cause they had it in stock! Got home unboxed it and it was used with food in it. How can they not check returns?

Not a bad place for sales on shoes and clothing. Clean and the staff are friendly enough.
I don't shop here often because I don't like to support fast fashion, but I've purchased from the clearance racks a couple times and the sales are pretty good. Plus knowing that I helped prevent that item from getting cut up and tossed in the trash, is a good feeling.
