Kohl's, Colma CA

It's obvious Kohl's changed their women's clothes buyer as ALL women's clothes were cheap, drab looking and not at all what I've become accustomed to seeing at Kohl's. Very disappointing. Usually I'm buying way too many clothes at Kohl's but yesterday I walked out with one tee shirt. Again, so disappointed at the Colma Kohl's.

Price wise!? - everything is up, as most other places, I guess. Just my two cents thought, - otherwise, our experience was good!

Lots of parking. Took in an Amazon return and got a $5 Kohl's Cash coupon - bought greeting cards. Staff are friendly.

Currently going through renovations to add Sephardic booths.

This place has been updated. I'd shop again. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because there were not enough cashiers. There was a line but only 2 cashiers.

I have a great shopping experience shopping at this store. One lady name Nadean Castillo is super great. She is very nice, very patient explaining things to me, help me in all the way she could. I am really appreciate her help and I hope her manager acknowledges how great she is in her work. Thanks Nadean.

Just ran in for an Amazon return. Staff was all very friendly and helpful in finding where to go. The return was quick and easy.

Good place to go to if you have Discount Coupons. Like 20 or 30 percent. Plenty of parking plus disabled/Handicapped parking up front.

I love this clothes store! They have nice stuff.i got a bunch of great deals too. I bought three flannels on clearance for $5 each~what a deal! The jewelry section is nice also.next time im going to pick something nice up for my girlfriend maybe an engagement ring or something!

This Kohls is well organized and there is plenty of free parking. You can return Amazon packages here and that area is well-staffed so it doesn't take long to complete that chore.

15 to 25% to shop in the store.thank Kohl's for the discount. Use the discount ticket to purchase clearance items and great deal jackets.

Not follow the face mask policy at the store. I saw a white old lady WITHOUT wearing face mask entered to the store at Colma store. When I tried to complain the situation, the staff claimed I embarrassed the customer. It seems the staff at that retail store fail to realize the importance of wearing mask and not follow the company policy during pandemic. I hope that lady is not positive covid 19, otherwise, all customers and staffs who encountered her will get infected.

Worse customer service I had ever received and I still do not understand why that white lady has a right not to wear mask while the other customer are required. Does she has special right?

Kohl's was fairly empty of customers. Went to drop-off Amazon return. Only 4 people in line and customer service was fast. Store was very clean and stocked.

I like this kohl's because they have modern clothes, shoes and great rewards. I like the cash back to use later for gifts for my family.

Employees very helpful. Good sized store and selection. It's a little off the beaten path so it's not crazy. I'll go shop there again and recommend it.

Wow! So Clean & Organized Here. I was surprised. This was my 1st time Ever in a Kohl's store. We came here to return items purchased on Amazon. There is an in-person station for that inside the store. The staff were fast & knew their stuff. Kept the line moving. This was a good experience.

Dropped by to take care of an Amazon return, which this Kohls happens to participate in as a drop-off location with no packing required. There was good signage indicating where to go upon entering the store.

The return itself was a breeze: i just handed the item to the associate and he scanned the QR code on my phone from Amazon. I was credited the next day.

COVID-19: the staff makes sure everyone who enters is wearing a mask. An employee is at the door with complimentary hand sanitizer and will clean a basket for you if you ask. I came in to do an Amazon return and it was very easy and quick. They handle your return in a plastic bag so there is no contact. They also wipe the counter down between customers. My return was in my Amazon account in a few hours.

Went to do an amazon return and the counter was at the absolute back corner of the store, making me walk through the whole place, as though they thought seeing all their stuff would make me buy something. Who pulls that sort of thing anymore?
