Kohl's, Mountain View CA

Went there for an Amazon package dropoff. Service was good and i got a $5 off for my next purchase at Kohl's.
The 4 stars is because it was really confusing what products were discounted, and had to go back to the shelves a couple of times because price was not the same as in the tag

Kohl's in Mountain View is a very nice store. Very clean, well stocked and good staff

Only think Kohl’s is good for is Amazon returns. But don’t waste your time with the 25% off coupon they give you. It doesn’t apply to any ‘premium brands’ and everything else is on sale. So pretty much worthless.

This is where I get printed T-shirts at 2 pieces for $20. Not bad at all.
Prices are reasonable.
The payment line can be long but the cashiers are responsive and quick.

Great sales everything is cheaper than what the tags say bought some pants for my daughter for Christmas very pleased plan to go back

4/28/21 new I know this year everyone will be watching there spending great time to get birthday gifts and Christmas I bought 2 jeans for $9 plenty of great deals around

Liked that they had sales. For me it's too cluttered to look through all the sale racks. From what I went through, I did get a deal or two, but too time consuming.

This place accepts Amazon returns. You may have to wait in line, but returns are easy and quick.

Amazon returns in back left when entering from the Showers Drive-facing entrance. Helpful greeter. Efficient returns.

It's boring and dry an agents are pretty hard to find be side the fact this store need more bilingual speakers.

Nice store in Mountain View. It was not busy when I went. Customer Service is very friendly and helpful. I called and put a jacket on hold and it was there when I got there. Thanks!

This rating isn't for the overall Khols but the Khols + Amazon return experience.

It is so hit or miss when you go in to drop something off. My partner waited almost 45 min in line to return an item to a younger guy who seemed less than thrilled to be working.

I had gone in right before the store closed and didn't have to wait long but the folks doing the returns seem admittedly "over it" and not really enthused to be working. I get it, doing returns all day sounds like a tedious and terrible job. I would just be nice to have some consistency.

I really have to give my cashier was very pleasant and very helpful you need more people like that on your team.

Checkouts are always slow. Generally organized well and sizes in stock. No sales people for help unless you grab them from checkout.

The lady that check me out was rude I was the only one in line and she act like she didn't see me and wanted to check my items out, I Gave 3 stars only cuz I like the place it should of been 1 star.

Good to shop local and buy clothes while trying then out but the checkout is so slow. And coupons are confusing. Never managed to get anything to work on the day that I go there.

I love it They have a bathroom. Also the prices aren't that bad and they frequently have good prices.

Lots of items out of stock, always very long lines, have to use coupons to get a reasonable price, won't price match competitor's online process such as Walmart. The only reason for 2 stars and not 1 is because sometimes you can combine coupons and sales to get a good deal.

I utilized the Amazon Outpost to drop off an electronic item for return and then check out their men's shirts and housewares. The prices are pretty good, even vs. Amazon.
