Kohl's, Milpitas CA

Really huge mall. Much space, so no feeling of crowd. A lot of high brand shops, comfortable parking.

Many things are more expensive here than the original brand store.
So I won't visit again

Amazon return store. Also they hand out a 25% off coupon on returns applicable at any purchases. Also if you are struggling how to use those coupons, just grab their graphics tees. Usually $25 for 2 Tees and they come with different graphics from tv shows, movies etc. Must have got over 50 t shirts for me and family. Probably the reason I return amazon there:)

Kohl's has lost its charm. Hardly any inventory in the store and very few sales persons

Kohl's just has way too much on sale. This is the mecca of clearance. At least half the store was clearance! Holy crapppppp. Went for gifts. Got all kinds of swim gear for the family for dollars.

Nice store, but the man working at the Amazon returns desk obviously doesn’t like his job, and looks like someone who will only do the bare minimum.

It looks like the store is not equipped to handle year-end customers. There weren't many in the store bu the checkout queue lane (s?) showed a sign that talked about holiday returns (whatever that meant). I and my family walked into an empty lane and empty counters and waited for some clerks (who were busy arranging items nearby) to come and check us out, when one arrived, suddenly out of nowhere, several other customers arrived and the clerk asked us to come back at the end of the queue so that the customers who were before us can be served. We were confused and went back, but did not understand which of the two parallel queues to join. When we asked one of the clerks, she said that if we wanted to do holiday returns, we should go to the return customer service.

I just don't understand what happened. Other Kohl's stores aren't like this.

Waited in line to return an item and then was sent to the very back of the store to wait in another line. Received an email with Kohl’s cash so I found something to buy and the code wasn’t working so they wanted me to go to the very back of the store again to wait in line for a forth time. Nope, never again. What a trash store.

This store should win worse customer service award for sure. Every time I do online order pick up or purchase the item in store they make sure not to remove the security tags when it makes noise I get told don’t worry about u go ahead but they don’t understand it’s A humiliating when it make noise again when u enter the different stores in the mall as well as if the tag is on the dress u can’t even wear it. It’s shame this store is lacking of customer service.manager Jasmine we had unfortunate displeasure of meeting had could careless attitude like few other associates. It takes one hour just to park in great mall this holiday season and coming back and forth and several occasions makes such a hassle for same item.

Very large store. You can find an extensive selection of clothes, shoes, and home accessories.
Was able to find shoes that were listed online available at the store. The staff was nice.
You can also return your amazon returns there as well.
Kohl's also offers you the ability to pick up your orders at the store. Overall good experience. The staff is also helpful if you have any questions.

I was only here for work & it was a windy, rainy night. I loved the store. So much to look at! Wish I had an endless cash flow!

Complete mess, poor signage and overworked and overwhelmed employees. This store needs staff and better management to help get things in order. By 2pm, you couldn't walk through this location.
I have been to the one on Hamilton Ave, a much better experience.

Wheres the staff at this place? My wife and i went here on Friday and couldn't find anyone to help us other than the cashiers! Place is messy and the aisles are so cramped.kinda dangerous.prices are decent but don't expect quick customer service!
