From the minute I walked in I was greeted and professionally helped throughout my shopping excursion. Their customer service is 2nd to none.

Extremely immature and irresponsible management. No respect for someones time and efforts. I applied online, they scheduled a phone interview a week ago. Fast forward to the interview day, they did not call on the set time. I called them after waiting about 5 minutes, spoke with the manager Alicia and she set a rescheduled time for the same day. Waited all day for this call/interview, no one called. Thanks for wasting my time!

I LUV the Seal Beach Store. Employees are great. Araceli is professional & very sweet.

I have given Kohls this rating simply because I was told that all the changing rooms are now co-ed, with men and women using the same dressing rooms at the same time. I find that unacceptable.

The Amazon returns desk keeps moving around the store. Makes it really difficult to do the returns. Sometimes when I do returns, some of my items never make it to the Amazon warehouse.

Green went to pick up my birthday gift at Sephora and it was half empty on the shelves like always

Well, the store service was good for the return (Xmas gift) that I had to make. But I checked out skinny jeans thinking I could pick up something cheap. Hah! Prices started at $45 and went up - and those were sale prices. I'm buying online instead.

Went there for an amazon return and got Kohl's cash to spend so I was planning on getting a backpack for school. Yet the Kohl's cash did not work on the backpack, it seemed misleading because the Kohl's cash didn't say that it didn't apply to some products

GOT help from CAROL and Stephanie locating a special brand and style pants for my 97 yr old mom. They were so great

The clothing had cords running around and thru the clothing for anti-theft.couldnt even move the clothes to look thru them.it was a bad feeling. Wont shop where i have to call a mgr to.even LOOK thru the clothes.rediculous

This is review is for the Amazon Returns counter. If you care anything about your personal privacy, I would not take your amazon returns here. Why does the kid working the counter have to SAY OUT LOUD TO EVERYONE what we are returning? This is such an invasion of privacy. Before he started my return, I whispered to him and politely asked if he could not say out loud what I am returning because I would have been mortified had he announced it out loud for the LONG LINE to hear (and yes, you can hear a pin drop in this section of the store). He got defensive and said "I personally don't care what you are returning. " I had to say in a very quiet manner that "I am sure he doesn't care but *I CARE* that everyone in line will know what I am returning. " The line is always long, people are on top of one another waiting, and we can hear what everyone is returning because the kid announces it out loud. Example: Before I got to the counter I heard what each person was returning: the couple in front of me returned security cameras. The guy before them returned a hidden camera detector. The person before that returned a keyboard. The woman before that returned a bralette and underwear (she turned red and I could feel her embarrassment), etc. The Amazon return counters at Amazon Fresh does not say out loud what we are returning, why does the kid at Kohl's feel a need to? Do not return your items here if you care about keeping your business YOUR BUSINESS.

Well kept store. They always have some sort of online coupon so check that before you checkout. Only 4 stars cause they have shopping carts that you can not take up the escalator and the largest heaviest items are upstairs?
They do have an Amazon return drop off that is absolutely amazing. Also, special parking up front for these Amazon return customers. Almost earning that star back.
Large lot with lots of parking. Near a Home Goods and a Petsmart.
Update: very busy for Christmas, lots of dogs inside for some reason. I love dogs but it seemed a little odd.

Great store to shop at or drop Amazon returns. However, lately they only have had one associate assisting the Amazon returns — so now there is a long line and at least 15-20 min wait if they are helping someone with the process on their phones.
