Kohl's, Simi Valley CA

Kohl's is the only place I can go to to return Amazon products and every time I go there it's a long line because it's the only place that's probably why other than that it was very well decorated to the point where it teased you to want to shop but I couldn't I had other things to do but yes they have advanced in that area good deal.

Normally I love shopping at @kohls and have received great customer care however that was not the case yesterday.
I was shopping at the Simi Valley, ça location and had tried to purchase a sweater and a flannel shirt as well as several shopping bags to use for transporting stockings for foster children - since I had the 40% off mystery coupon. After I finished checking out I was checking my receipt because I thought the total seemed kind of low and saw that he had not included my sweater. I returned immediately but he was just finishing up with the next customer. As she was preparing to leave I asked him if he had the black sweater and it was then that he realized that the one he had knocked down and given to next customer was really the one I had tried to purchase. She also had bought a black sweater so she ended up with both.
He then proceeded to call a manager over to find out what to do because she now needed to return the additional sweater and then I needed to purchase it. After waiting they returned with her return receipt but when I then said that I had the 40% off they said the best they could do was 35% since that was highest amount “in the register “. While I realize that it’s not a huge amount of different price wise it is still a difference. They said that there would be a new mystery coupon today (10/15) so they would hold it at the register with my name on it and I could see if I received the 40% and come back to purchase it.
I did return with the new 40% today and waited in line to ask for the item being held only to be told that I would have to go to back of store to customer service to try to find it. I ended up just going to the rack and finding another and then went back up to register yet again to find an even longer line.

Normally, I wouldn’t have been upset about this mistake had they taken care of it then and there. But telling me that, even though it was their mistake, I couldn’t receive my discount and would have to return was irritating. And then to return and be told it wasn’t there as I had been previously told just made matters worse. I don’t know if my order might have been enough for kohls cash but it definitely wasn’t after having to purchase separately.

Anyway- very frustrating.

You can park closest store and it's easy to get around in the store, plenty of sales and things.

I love Kohls for their pleasant and lovely stores and all their associates are always wonderful! I also love their sales and I love coupons etc.

Friendly store, helpful and care about the customer to come check even though they were busy at the time I ask for directions

Not the people its the Bill Pay system is a complete joke and they actually make it difficult to pay a bill by not allowing more than one account and seems as if though they are trying to delay or make paying your bill more difficult. I tried to make payment today and had to delete one bank account to add another and ran out of time needing to remember now to go back. Kohls is sneaky! You are the only bill pay i have that make this process so fricken difficult!

I was helped with such kindness and knowledge from the sophora section by a young lady named Jessica. She went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. Not only did she have knowledge of the product but she even helped suggest some products in which I did purchase. Thanks again to this lady I walked out happy. She definitely deserves a raise.

10 out of 10 5 starts Kohls has some great people working in the store right now. Wow great stuff literally found something for everyone. Pluss associates who truly want to help you find what you are looking for. Or just a smile as you walk by. Attentiveness cleaness and fast check out process! I will go back to the KOHLS IN SIMI VALLEY!

Large store. Clean and staff was helpful before going to checkout. Long line to be expected but moved along. Cashiers were friendly.

The cashiers are very helpful and explain your discounts to you. They are all happy to help.

Definitely I’ll come back to His Store Again. Especially for the Great Heal that I got from Norma Martinez. In the Shoes Department

Couldn't find much this time, rather disappointed. Sometimes I find some very good deals- miss jewelry dept- don't care for Sephora

It is good things to have an Amazon Return Desk. It is good to pay with kohl's credit card. Overall, you can find a good deal. Just keep looking, especially the clearance section

Too expensive and none of the stuff in the store.i’m interested in purchasing boring store doesn’t catch my eye when I walk through it to the Amazon store to do a return and they give me the 20% I walk out and literally get nothing I let my coupon expire I’m not interested in anything in this store

Shopped at Kohl's today was helped by Ian in bedding. I'm 70 he was so helpful and patient showing me how I could order via my phone online. I ended up picking up 2 sets in store plus online. Also met Jessica in Sephora was so knowledgeable and helpful.

Lack of variety in clothes. Better off shopping online or going to JCPenney they have more clothes. Definitely a waste of time coming here.

Inventory is low. They don’t have much selection. Overpriced Ross clothing. Kohls is going downhill. It’s like a a bag of used worn out socks. Eventually they have to go in the garbage where they belong. Sorry just my honest opinion. Retail life is over face the facts.
