Kohl's, Ventura CA

Not enough clothing options for baby boys. It's like 90 percent girl clothes. Also they need atleast 2 people for amazon returns cuz there seems to always be a huge line.

I went to Sephora and needed help. Jess helped me, she was really nice and knows what she is doing!

I love this store. Reminds me of The Broadway from my childhood. Great selection of products.

Kohl's has always been a great place for me. Customer service has always been above average. Although my last couple of visits have not been so great. There is a woman who works in the women's dressing room. She is very rude. Not just once but several times! Maybe she needs not be around customers.

Jocelyn and Thomas were wonderful. They did everything they could to help us at the Ventura store, including exploring multiple ways to save us money. Great experience!

This store is by far the best Kohl’s I have ever been to in my life. They were about to close and still assisted me with care, patience, great body language and energy. Not only did the employee at the register assist me but the other employee across was engaged in the conversation to assist with my needs. Also, the manager came over and went online to find a product for me and he had such a great big smile and was very friendly. I truly have not been helped like this in years. I am questioning if they all were angels from heaven or something. This might have been my greatest experience with customer service in years. This is definitely the best Kohls in America.

Sephora inside of Kohl's was a very clean and organized store. Super helpful, very friendly, and over the top customer service from all employees; especially including the beauty team leader Natalie. Made me feel very welcomed. They greeted me and assisted me right away.

Looking for a cardigan as the weather is way cooler than expected. Store had some on sales racks as the should be out of season!

It's Kohls, guys. I love this place for awesome name, brand appeal, and sale prices. On top of that, if you're registered you get Kohls cash for future purchases. It fanatic. God bless

Kohl's used to be a very solid department store. You could buy name brand without paying mall prices. Now they seem most of their business comes from Amazon returns. Store needed to be faced and there were empty spaces in several areas.
