Kohl's, Sacramento CA

Not the store but the App and billing department. You can’t pay by debit card, you can’t pay by credit card. You have to find your bank account number and Routing # or send check of go to actual store. This is old fashioned inconvenient and frustrating. I have tried to pay through app but no success. It’s totally frustrating. Member of Kohls for over 10 years.

Staff helped me with purchase. Also helped carry purchase to car since item too heavy for me to carry.

Can't return sephora products back to a khols location if not bought from a kohl's, ugh! Did have much for women in Nike brand.

Not crowded but the age group for middle aged women is a little off, either too young or too old clothes. Nothing just right.

There is now a separate area for Amazon returns that is more spacious. It had been near the customer service counter and restrooms. In a different corner of the store it seems much more efficient for the customer and the employee. It offered very quick service for my returns. The 20% off bonus coupon available for one week is a great incentive.

Stopped to get so of their fabulous rolls and the Chinese take-out had just made Oange Chicken. So I bought the #3combo with fried rice, chow main and double orange chicken. It was so yummy

There is much better clothes now than the last time I went and there is a Sephora in this location now which is nice. All the cashiers, staff, and the amazon return lady were nice and helpful. But the Kohl's return guy was a bit rude over a simple mistake.

U can always find a deal at Kohls! Store was clean deals was wonderful had kohl's cash 15% coupon bought 100 worth of stuff spent 12!

This store has everything that I can think of. It’s the perfect midday getaway even if it’s just to window shop

I love this place. All the employees are very helpful and polite. Especially Stephanie she is very helpful.

Had to do an Amazon return. Was very quick to get in and out the door. I have to say that Kohl's is located in the worst place behind the whole complex of buildings. Seemed like a ghost town.

I was not able to use a coupon even though I found it on their website. That is called false advertising. And their items on clearance aren't even that cheap. Like they are average price. I also think that it is annoying how I cannot use some coupons on any items I want, such as Nike or hair products. What is the point of having them then? There is a very small collection of items to choose from and other kohls locations are much better like Folsom or Roseville

I like that this Kohl’s doesn’t have a Sephora inside. More room for clothes, purses and jewelry. There aren’t a lot of dressing rooms for some reason. I walked around for what felt like forever, trying to find one.

We always find what we need at Kohl’s. We enjoy shopping at the store the staff is nice, and we always get great deals.

We had a very bad experience with the cashier yesterday. She was extremely rude and when we tried to talk to her to ask a questioj about our purchase she cut us off and rolled her eyes. We are very disappointed because we used to love shopping her however we will not be returning.

Found what we needed, but the store looks like it is closing. Asked a staff member, and they said no. All wall graphics had been removed for "a cleaner look. "
