Kohl's Clovis

Kohl's always has polite and helpful employees. Always a fantastic selection of Nike shoes for both men and women. Kohl's is always clean and organized.

The last time I went their customer service was not a great experience, so now I dont even ask for help unless they ask me first. Most of the time they have great customer service.

Returned an Amazon item. Bought clothing which was too small, returned and exchanged them. Jesus was an outstanding employee in both incidents.

It was nice the cashier was was very friendly. She gave me a great discount. Plus they allways send discount coupons in the mail.

Pick up a really nice band w/diamonds for my wife for Christmas and got 40 dollars Kohl's cash so today was the 5th was the last day to use it so i pick up some clothes for our son it work out with sales n coupons i spent 2.48

Great store to buy name brand clothing! There's always sales as well. Usually always have buy one get one 1/2 off deals. And now they also take Amazon returns for free! Not only that, but they also gave me a nice 25% off store wide coupon! I'm not sure if they always do this coupon but I genuinely appreciated it!

There was only 1 cashier on a busy Saturday afternoon and no one was on the floor helping people. Kinda walked in and out

Great prices, but the staff treated me horribly. Just because somebody goes in late at night to shop doesn't mean the are shoplifting! The manager that night was very judgemental and rude.

Not a great place to work here. They only give you 2-3 days a week for four hours only which was a waste of my gas and time going in. I only work for a week and then I quit. Besides that the store was clean and organized except for the ladies section. The clearance rack was always messy and unorganized and the woman's fitting room was messy as well too.

Customer Service needs to improve some. I was looking for a certain item, and asked an employee, they just pointed to where the item should be. Come on people!

Very good place to shop. They have a great variety of styles in clothing and amazing household section. Recommend more people shop there.

To hot in store, and very pricey! Not for me, another thing for people that up in age to walk through store and shop holding their merchandise in their hands and arms very difficult to shop!

I love it here.the whole surrounding is fresh and clean. Kohl's have great sales and steals especially if you have an account with them. There are also other stores around and next to it. It's actually a nice shopping center for both kids and grownups.

I took something back March 21st at 4 30 p.m for a return and it was surprisingly quick. The guy at the counter was courteous and professional. He took care of me and I was on my way. A lot quicker and better experience than expected. I was very happy with this visit.

Lots of clothes and items I would buy but lacks customer service! Rude and I feel they are rude just because of my ethnicity, especially at check out, So when you go and buy stuff be prepared.

Staff was very helpful.but the store never has anything in stock. They never have the sizes we need.

Had to buy a suit in a hurry, and found one for a very reasonable price. Was shocked at how easy it was to find one here
