I am giving 2 stars only because some of the dim sum was good, quality of food have gone down a lot, service was terrible. We were trying to get a couple of napkins and when asked the server they just shout WAIT without even letting us to say our request, had to wait really long even to get our bill and then wait again to pay (ridiculous) I mean I don’t have really high expectations for service because they are very busy normally but our server was just plain rude the whole time. They are charging extra 18% service charge for management and operations which you won’t enjoy at all:)

Dim sum classics done well, though food quality is not special and prices are a bit high. Nice outdoor seating area underneath tents with good air flow for Covid times.

Food is fresh and the staff is very courteous. The men's bathroom was a bit nasty but not a huge deal.

Dine-in/outdoor seating available. Try to book seats for weekend dim sum or else 1 hr + wait. Service is great. Remember in Chinese restaurants u just flag down any servers. Ask for chili sauce or soy sauce if u want to add flavors.
This is a more upscale, good quality Hong Kong food. Most of food has pork. So ask if u don’t eat pork. Classic dim sum: 221 shrimp dumplings/har gow, 226 shui mai/shrimp, pork dumplings, 235 beef balls. 233 pork steamed bbq bun
Their Xiao long bao is decent (204 or 198).
Try 284 pan fried white radish cake, 262 bake bbq pork pastries. All the hand pulled rice rolls are good, pick which meat/shrimp u like.
For bbq meat (sampler size), try 162 duck (has bones), 150 bbq pork. If u like it u can order half or full size to go.
If u want fried rice or noodles, try 704 fried beef chow fun (thick rice noodle)

Don't order from their website. It shows up in their uber queue when picking up which totally doesn't make sense and the waitstaff doesn't know to check that for you.

Food and service are great. Dishes and plates feel a bit oily and unclean. I'm talking about the plates and tea cups you get when you sit down at the beginning.

Had the salted lobster, peking duck, fried rice, duck bone soup among other things. Duck was good, soup as well, the rest was just average. Lobster wasn’t as good as it used to be.

Excellent service all the way! Our waiter was really helpful and fun, but also helped recommend on the limited menu that they have for now due to COVID restrictions.

The place is also pet friendly when they have the huge covered outdoor dining available during the day. The decor and athmosphere also were really great as well with walkways spaced pretty wide exceeding 6ft, probably to allow dim sum carts rolling by since they told me they still have dim sum carts rolling around!

The fried rice and the chow fun were just perfect and wished they could have came first along with the soup before all the other filling entrees. They also mixed up our order with someone else and was pretty confused if the chicken they brought out was for us. Nevertheless all the entrees, from the fried fish to the beef and even honey walnut shrimp were just perfect! Before, i just only knew the koi palace that they run inside SFO but they have multiple locations, particularly the one in daly city looks like one ill try next! These premium cantonese restaurants really go out of their way to distinguish from one another, whether it be Koi Palace, or Tai Wu in Millbrae, or a HL Peninsula near SFO, or New Asia in Chinatown before COVID. They are all pretty close to one another in terms of food and service has to be the one that stands out the most! This certainly is a leader when it comes to service! I'd like to come back here again for another occasion or try a different location and see if its similar there too!

This restaurant added 18% Service Charge for party of 2 without notification. Is it legal?

Freaking Amazing. I found this place on Door Dash during the pandemic, finally got to go in person. Can't wait to take another business meeting there.
