Service, engineers, management, and employees are incredibly driven friendly, and do everything possible to address any situation and reach a common goal of success and repeatability.

Konica Minolta has the poorest customer service I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with, we cancels our contracts with them but still receive emails about meter read on printers we don't have. Even though we have requested for 2 years they wont pick up the only printer they left behind. We have even tried to escalated to the CEO Lyon Peraji Market Vice President So Cal & Nevada, and we have had no response from Konica on this matter.

We have been with this company for more than 15 years. We have never had any issues with the copier lease or the monthly service contract until 2-3 years ago when we signed a lease on our current copy machine. We have had nothing but problems with it after the 3rd month into our new contract. The machine jams at least once a day, and not just a simple misfeed either. We are talking about paper jammed and clogged to the point of having to take it a part. The company have never been able to fix the machine and after the 100+ time coming out the offered to replace the machine with a newer, better one. Sounds great right! NOT! We still have 2 years left on our lease so in order to get the replacement we would have to pay off the lease at $2,500 and sign a new lease for another 5 years. I have spoken with every supervisor that you can think of regarding this issue and nothing but excuses as to why the machine doesn't work, all of which is our fault. The best reason was because we load our paper upside down or its to cold/hot in the office hahaha! Needless to say that that have lost a longtime client in us. Not to mention that it is almost impossible to get anyone on the phone without having to leave a message and get called back.usually in a week unless I call back to a different department and ask to speak to a supervisor.
