They have household items even Home Depot doesn't have, and there's always plenty of knowledgeable people to help you right away. I wouldn't go anywhere else, Kuntz is the best.

If the other guy doesn’t have it Kuntz has it. I n the 1980s a mover broke a piece of furniture. No one had the part. Kuntz had it. I live in the Valley if I can’t find it I drive to Kuntz. One time they didn’t carry a part, the gave me the name of the distributor. I called the distributor, they deal in discontinued parts and I got the right part. Saved me big bucks otherwise I would have had to replace the entire unit.

I worked there in the 90’s when I was in my early 20’s when I was a struggling musician. It was a great place to work and the never ending stream of celebs that frequented the place made it more fun. You never knew who would walk through the door. Glad to see it’s still around.

A true throwback in terms of neighborhood feel & customer service, yet conveniently modern in all of their offerings… which stretch well beyond hardware. A lot of what was lost in Bed, Bath & Beyond can also be found here.

Most excellent service, fair prices, and an unexpected great selection of kitchenware. My first stop for hardware.

I have never felt compelled to review a hardware store but for a neighbourhood spot this is just too good. Lots of inventory, helpful kind employees, thoughtful layout. Great place!

I love this little hardware store and the middle of West Hollywood. It's like a mini Lowe's with all the essentials and more.

This is a neighborhood treasure - the people that work there are so helpful and they almost literally have everything you could possibly need for your home.

I called looking for tools to repair my dishwasher and Burt completely walked me though the problem over the phone and helped me fix it without even needing to purchase any tools. Burt was so nice and extremely knowledgeable. I’ve also purchased many tools over the years and have found the staff very helpful and educated, able to diagnose problems and offer solutions so I can fix things myself. Thank you!

Very bad customer service. I was trying to learn the size of the boxes which they put all the way up on the shelves that you cannot see the sizes. And I used the ladder over there to be able to see it. One employee told me that I cannot use it and I stepped down right after I tried to see the sizes of the box. And i was on the floor already but employe kept telling me that no no no you cannot use the ladder. I tried to ask that why he keeps telling me no no no you cannot use ladder even I am already stepped down long ago. He just kept telling me that I cannot use ladder. His attitude makes me very uncomfortable. I am already on the floor I understood what he meant and still saying no to me. Very annoying. I was still trying to learn that hey I am already floor why you are keep telling me that. He kept ignoring me and saying no no no you cannot use ladder. Evenmore, The other empoye from register came and he didnt even try to undertand why I am discussing with other employee. He started telling me that I cannot use ladder again. One more time I told him too I understood and I am already on the floor why are you still teling me you cannot use the ladder. My question was simple but they ignored. Insead of keep saying no, it would be better to listen and answer me, things wouldnt go out of control. I felt so bad after all this happenned that I involved in this discussion. I wouldnt go there because you can find yourself in discussion with employees because they dont pay attention your questions. You will feel very uncomfortable.
