Korean Auto Parts Dismantling, Sun Valley CA

I work for a very busy shop.i bought a expensive transmission from these clowns and was sent a wrong unit.was told thy would be sending me another unit.months went by and nothing.we ended up having to just fix the customers unit and when trying to get a refund i kept being put and left on hold for ever or hung up on.every time i called back no one knew what i was talking about.none of the bone heads that work the front or take the calls put down any notes.do not buy anything from these clowns!

I am not at all mistaken.the address, business name and location is very much so 100% accurate. I can even provide you an invoice number.but very slick way to try and not take accountability of your extremely poor service.

09.11.23 WHAT WOULD I GAIN NEEDING TO TAKE MY TIME TO MAKE UP THIS MUCH OF A LIE ON A JUNK YARD? LOL FUNNY I DO HAVE PROOF I HAVE MY INVOICE. AND YES YOU STAY BEING THE CLOWN TRYN TO ACT LIKE I GOT THE WRONG BUSINESS AND NAME OF BUSINESS AND WRONG ADDRESS. "BIG COINCIDENCE" AND YES I DID CONTACT YOU GUYS NUMEROUS TIMES. DID YOU NOT READ THE FIRST REVIEW OF HOW NONE OF YOU CLOWNS WOULD KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON EXCEPT FOR THAT THE TRANSMISSION WAS PURCHASED FROM THERE AND KEPT PUTTING ME ON HOLD AND HANGING UP. READ IT OVER AND OVER AGAIN TILL IT MAKES SENSE. SO YES MORON. I DID CALL ALOT. AND GOT NO WHERE.

Went here today and I think it was the owner I spoke to. He was great and got us the exact part for our car. At least we know if we need parts for our Hyundai we know where to come to. He has parts for Kia vehicles too. Thank you so much for being patient and waiting for us to pick up the part.
