Krave Asian Fusion Restaurant reviews
17My ONLY complaint is that the chicken in my chicken katsu and garlic noodles wasn’t fresh and hot and neither was the cheese and fries in the kogi fries. Everything was sooooo good though. We ordered peach mango soju, koji fries, garlic noodles with chicken, chicken katsu and the pork potstickers with a side of chili sauce. Everything was truly delicious and despite the food being room temperature, I would absolutely go back again.
Really Spicey food, noodles were half cooked, and inspite of us clarifying we don’t want fish there was plenty of fish sauce in our curry. Never coming back.
I love the ramen and potstickers here! I’ve been here many times but these are all I have ever ordered because they’re just so tasty. It’s my birthday today and this place has been the only food on my mind all week I’ve been so excited! And of course they made excellent food as always!

Walked in at 820pm and worker says they closed 5 minutes ago. I can tell they just finished cleaning but they are supposed to be open until 9pm, like it says on the door and online. Thanks for wasting my gas to come here.
Went here Saturday for lunch.place wasn't busy at all and food came out pretty quick. Server was nice.but the guy behind the bar was on the phone the whole time.not being attentive and had that look of why am I here.we asked for water refill and he just looked at us as if we asked for a free meal or something.there was only us at that time.
Chicken wing looked good but overcooked. They were hard and dry. Lack of seasoning.bibimbap was quite decent. Salmon bowl was ok. Salmon salad was OK, ramen was OK.
This place deserves a 3 star.
Worth a try, but won't be going back.
Terrific Asian fusion place that instantly fulfills my craving for Korean-style chicken wings. Believe the hype and all the accolades! Now we just have to convince the chef/owner to put his famous beef noodle soup on the menu!
Can’t tell you how the food is because the woman sneezed into her hands and then tied my pickup bag closed. So gross, I threw it all away. Waste of $35. There was hand sanitizer right in front of her she could have used. Well the potato fries looked stale anyway.
This place kept showing up in my IG and I do work in the area. Fried chicken was incredibly crunchy and tasty. Place was clean. Staff was very friendly.
Poor service and the employee was eating behind the counter. Didn't get refills, didn't bring out the food or the extra things we ordered. Order was wrong.
Krave has a very chill atmosphere. The staff is really nice and helpful. There were a lot of different food options, for picky eaters and not.
It’s very rare that I got to a restaurant and literally cannot eat the food. This is one of those places. The pot stickers are hard fried shells with a tiny bit of filling left that did. It combust in the deep fryer, the loaded fries with beef are a plate of crinkle cut fries, with a tiny bit of minced beef on and covered in that fake (not actually cheese) cheese sauce from a squirty can. I tried the crispy chicken as it seemed to be a specialty. I bit into one of the chicken legs only to have the crispy (crumbly coating) fall apart and onto the plate to reveal the most dry chicken I have ever had. Left all of the chicken, most of the fries, ate the ones without the fake cheese sauce on. The only thing they made and cooked in house, rather than opened from a Supermarket bag and deep fried was the garlic noodles and these were very good! A lesson to be learned fresh cooked food great, food from a frozen bag and deep fried for far too long (most of the food) not good. Never eaten in Irvine before so maybe this is classed as good food here, but as said I have never been anywhere where I simply could not eat the food.
$40 of useless food delivered! Chicken asked to be prepared half plain (it was not) it was overcooked and chewy like store bought jerky. The quesadillas were served in a wet oil-bathed container and resembled oiled-pot-stickers.
Three days ago these items were perfect. I guess weekdays are suspect there.
Cook your food fresh to order. I'll wait.
$40 is alot to waste on a dinner you bragged about the other day.
Their bibimbap and katsu Korean style chicken is the best combo! Great quality and personal!
I've been coming here for a while now and they have a kind of crispiness that I can't find anywhere else. The Soy Garlic no is excellent. If you can they have one of the best lunch specials - 8 wings + fries.
The reviews for this place are pretty divisive and polarizing, people either give it 5 stars and call it a miraculous experience, or they give it two stars and complain that it has garbage takeout. Despite these mixed signals, I plunged into the depths of this place with 7 more homies, and let me tell you, it's a mind-bending experience. I'm usually wary of places that try to do many things at once, since they usually end up being mediocre at several things instead of being proficient at a few things. This place is not like that though. Starting with the Loaded Kogi Fries and the Korean Fried chicken (we tried a 30 pcs one with both garlic pepper for half of them and mango habanero for the other half). My friends and I had a chance to try a bunch of different items, such as the Bibimbap (solid choice but nothing life-changing), Taiwanese Garlic Noodles, OG Burgers and Main Street Burger (both great choices), and even the Shoyu Ramen. The great thing about this place is that they get many things right in their menu, and the menu is pretty varied, so no matter who you come with or HOW you come here, you will always find something to satisfy your. KRAVEs.
The chicken wings here are a knock out and are a great option for lunch, they also have a fairly expensive menu besides that but go for the wings, you won't be disappointed
Group of 9 went for a Thursday dinner in November. Service was really quick and friendly. Food was amazing, and quite cheap for the quantity and quality. We had loads of wings and korean fried chicken - crispy and tasty, I especially liked the soy garlic, and spicy sauces. Garlic noodles were great too. Not a fan of the Japanese pancake, but the dumplings were good.
