Kreation Kafe & Juicery - Montana, Santa Monica CA

I was shocked with the horrible service I received at this visit. I was surprised after receiving such great service the first time I visited.

The server was condescending, rude, and borderline obnoxious. I asked if they had an Angus burger (I thought that was what I had the last time I visited), and she said, in a condescending tone, "NO, we do NOT! " I was so taken aback by her response that I quickly searched the menu and saw the turkey chili. Then remembered that was what I had. I said as much to the server and she actually made a "humph" gesture. I then ordered a cappuccino - which for some reason came in a to go cup. I wanted to check my email (I should state I don't live in Santa Monica and was visiting the area for three weeks), I asked for the password and she rattled it off so fast I didn't get it the first time around. A customer sitting next to me actually leaned over and repeated the PW to me. And said, "I come here all of the time that is why I know it. " That spoke volumes to me. I was actually starting to think I had done something to the server to annoy or offend her. After help from the customer I believe it was not me but the server that was having a very bad day.

I started to observe her with other customers. She was very nice to tables that had 2 or more people. Singletons not so much. That was very disappointing to observe. I worked as a waitress while in college. I know single tables are not going to bring much in the form of tips. However, I believe it was more important to give the best customer service as much as possible to EVERYONE. They might be by themselves one day and the next day being in their friends.

Bottom line - when I return to the area again, in six months, I will give this place another try. Hopefully I won't get the same server.

On the bright side - the food was as delicious as it was the first visit I had.

A plethora of vegan and gluten-free options (also non:), my highlights were the carrot cake and chocolate pudding together. The orange juice was fresh, and the soups all look incredible. I’ll be back for the plethora - all of it. Also super friendly staff and spacious outside seating.

We waited for an hour to get a juice! Their service is terrible because only one server was working for all the tables. Terrible management and service!

You must try this location. Order "Ash" a Persian green soup in a cold day. You will thank me

Leslie the manager is really rude. She should not be a manager. She yelled at my mom to pay for her food because my moms complained that how come her food was taking forever. When my mom asked her how come she didn’t tell her the food was ready, Leslie yelled at my mom saying “you didn’t ask me”. What kind of horrible service is it where the customer is yelled at by a simple employee. Who does she think she is?

One couldn't ask for better organic food, in the area! And be sure to try their smoothies. Outstanding. A bit pricey. However, it is Santa Monica.

Fantastic organic option in Santa Monica. I had a vegetarian chili and a protein smoothie. The chili was wonderfully seasoned. The smoothie also had a shot of collagen in it.

The server was exceptionally helpful, had great ideas, and didn't skip a beat with each customer in his service. And it was very busy. Had a smile on his face the whole time.

I will definitely be returning to this place when I am in town.

I’m a regular here. I pretty much stick to the same cold press juice and smoothies. I sometimes treat myself to what I believe is the best gluten free cookie of all time. The tables on Montana have the best people watching.

Super nice little place. Serves very healthy dishes along with a wide variety of drinks/syringe shots/smoothies you can pick from. I got the Glamology smoothie and it was really tasty and I felt really healthy haha. A little pricy but the food and drinks are definitely worth it.

Great quality, everything organic juice but you need a loan to buy juice. It’s so expensive but well worth it if it’s clean and healthy.

The food is delicious. Fresh and organic. Unfortunately, they blast house music while you are trying to eat so all you can hear is thump thump thump. Annoying.

Terrible service! Waited 30 minutes and the place was empty. Waiters and staff moved as if they were busy and ignored me. Didn't try anything and never will with disgruntled employee service.

Their premium smoothies are expensive AF, but unparalleled, and worth it. I've gotten a little sick of their wraps, but everything I've had in the store is great and worth trying.

After a long walk and doing steps. It was so nice to have a Custom Juice - Digestion. It was very refreshing.

Please open in San Francisco! For now, I have to come down to LA 2x a month to get my fix! Keep up the great work! Best food and juices I’ve ever had. Kreation makes clean eating so easy and delicious. Highly recommend:)
