Experienced hygienist provided excellent tips and a great cleaning. I appreciate the pleasant and professional care and I highly recommend!

Came to get my teeth cleaned and to schedule my appointment for next year. I’ve been coming to Dr Kretz for years now. He was highly recommended by a gym buddy back in the day. I’ve tried other dentist offices but I prefer it here. The staff has a family vibe and you can tell they all enjoy working together. The prices are reasonable compared to others but the service is what’s stands out. Dr Kretz is nice and funny but you can tell he remembers all his clients even if he only probably sees them once or twice per year. Great service, hands down.

A truly pathetic excuse for a dental practice. I recently switched dental insurance carriers after my retirement from the Navy and with four other members of my family already established at Dr. Mark Kretz's practice it seemed a logical progression to go there too. I booked an appointment for a cleaning and when I arrived the hygienist, Pam, told me I needed dental X-rays. Having recent exposure to high level radiation I declined the X-rays. Pam insisted that they were necessary and that I couldn't become a new patient without them. I declined and asked what we might do to proceed with my cleaning and was told in no uncertain terms that unless I agreed to get X-rays I could not have my teeth cleaned. Who is the customer? At Dr. Mark Kretz's office it is not you and me. Pam's condescending attitude is hard to over state. She is a walking liability who should not be customer facing. I would not trust Pam to take out my garbage, much less put a dental instrument in my mouth. Presumably though, she is just parroting Dr. Mark Kretz's policy so I can't entirely blame just her, though it was apparent she took delight in sending me away. The office manager, Veronica, was empathetic, sincere and a delightful lady. She deserves a raise for trying to work things out. Thanks for trying ma'am.

I hadn't been to the dentist in almost two years and was really nervous but it was a really great experience. Everyone here was kind, courteous and professional. I always hate getting X-rays and they worked very quickly to make sure it took the least amount of time possible. Very happy to have found a new dentist I can trust!

Went in the other day after not going for about a year to two. I asked for Adrian and he did a fantastic job, as usual. Met a new doctor too, and she was great. She let me know what she was going to do, introduced herself, and talked to me all the while showing me the differences between my teeth from the previous X-Rays to this years. Didn’t hurt too bad, and when it did it was my fault as I need to be more attentive with my brushing. 11/10 Would Recommend.
