Excellent service Excellent customer service. I requested help and more than willing they did. If you can't find your desired items just ask. Very professional.

Wasted a bunch of money on a Lyft because the website says they're open 24 hrs. We got there only to find out they closed at 10. Total bummer.

Don't post as 24 hours if your drive thru closes at 12. Couldn't get the Halloween deal since no one answered the phone, the option wasn't available online and y'all closed early.

I came in to the shop and ordered 6 raspberry donuts. When I came home I found that the order was wrong and that I had received 6 original glazed donuts (the receipt had me for raspberry). I was disappointed. However, I called the number and the manager whom I talked to was very helpful and accommodating and because I live far away, gave a generous offer for a free dozen donuts the following week. I was impressed by the helpfulness and willingness to fix the situation.

Good customer service and a clean store the thing I have come to expect from this company. No to full of people, but the donuts are cooked fresh.

The only thing stop from giving it a perfect score. Was I chose the spot to sit outside and put that on reservation and when we got there they said there's a party but no party present. Very odd. The elevator was also weird to operate.

I love this Krispy Kreme! It is the only location I go to. Most KK when you eat their doughnuts, you can taste the film of the old oil, but not here. Make sure to get the app so you get all of their great deals. Ie; buy 1 dozen and get a dozen of glazed for a dollar.

Haven't had these in over 17 years and I went back recently and these donuts were super good. Warm, soft and sweet. Do try!

It was late night. I was the last customer and it was my first time. The selection was huge. I made it easy for her 3 simple Krispy Kreme donuts and a lemonsde. They were kind and patient to the very last customer. Profesional. Thank you ladies.

Worst service ever they were so busy giggling and playing they couldn't get orders right they had us waiting 15 minutes just at the window watching them play, donuts weren't right they were cold no sugar or cream offered for our coffee they couldn't even get the amount of what we owed right young black guy young Hispanic girl I guess they were flirting or dating or something but Service was horrible

This location is the only one nearest me. I would've given 5 stars but the very nice person who waited on me didn't give me the donut I requested. Other than that, their donuts are always mouth watering delicious! They appear to be shrinking in size though Nonetheless I'm a customer for life.

The frozen coffee was terrible, but the customer service was excellent. Your staff is very good and knowledgeable, your product needs some work.

They had they sign up for hot and fresh donuts and gave us some cold Donuts i took them back and told them to give me some fresh and hot ones

Went here around 8pm or so during the week and was happily surprised to find short lines both inside the store and at the drive-thru. It took no time to get my order. I'm used to visiting the Krispy Kreme in Burbank (which, apparently, is quite the happening joint cause it's always got long lines out the wazoo) so this was a nice surprise when I arrived for my sugar fix.

This restaurant is just as you would expect a state of the art doughnut house. You can witness the production of your purchase. If you desire freshly prepared Hot doughnuts look no further Krispy Kreme lives up to its reputation. Hot and Ready when the sign is on. You will not be able to eat just one. Moreover, this place is extremely friendly and often have specialty doughnuts for holidays such as the 4th of July, Christmas, and Valentine's day. Making it an all American favorite choice

They do not add sugar or cream to your coffee you have to do with your until you're coughing you have to do-it-yourself that's why I gave it 3 stars

Me + 2 other people each got a free glaze donut once we showed our covid-19 vaccination record card. Totally recommend the lemonade chiller super good.

Was made to wait behind a car and when I received my "Hot Donuts" they were cold, ask the cashier did they run out of the Hot Donuts, Because the "Hot Donut" was on. He walk away and grabbed 2 Hot Donuts and handed to me. Not mad, but bothered that I requested Hot Donuts, If I'm going to pay Almost 6.00 for 2 Donuts, They need to be as advertised
