You all know the brand! It doesnt beed any introduction. Krispy Kreme is the best donut shop in the world. Sad that this is the only one in the inland empire. Dont do drive thru since theres always a long line. Park and get your lezy self in and youll get your donuts and back to your car in under 5 minutes. Plus you can see the hundreds of donuts being baked through the glass window inside. Im only upsey with the pricing. Its about $17 for a dozen donuts, it seems like they have been slowly upping the price over the years (it used to be $13). Still there's no other donut like it. Grab 1, or 3, or a dozen and enjoy!

Good donuts, but horrible delivery and customer service. Delivered to the wrong address, and when I report it to the customer service, he has no patience, no solution, when I want to talk to his supervisor, he put me on hold forever.horrible experience!

Crowded as Always, but we waited. Kind of "encourage" you to order a dozen by when you order (maybe a psychological thing because you wait in line for 30 mins).
Half the dozen were gone before we got home.

Busier than my local one in Victor Valley. More systematic too. We were there to get our donuts for getting the vaccine. Had to wait for them to ring it up even though they were free. My local one just hands them to us.

Delicious donuts, but the service was too bad. My little daughter was 3 years old. Using their locked bathroom, a very unfriendly girl opened the door, and the rebound almost hit my daughter. No apology. Infuriating.

I tried to order online but they said they stop at 7pm.then when I call they said that we can't order over the phone they didn't take orders for more than 10 donuts.maria the Manger was very rude over the phone and was not helpful.

My daughter & I love Krispy Kreme. My wife & younger daughter think they are too sweet. I agree to an extent but think it works in general. The staff at the shop are nice & efficient. The drive through usually moves quickly. Their app things a few things to desired in terms of ordering & payment options, i.e. Accepting gift cards. Overall I enjoy their donuts and the variety of flavors.

They have open kitchen where you can see the donuts being made through a glass door. The original glazed are as fresh as you can get anywhere. Loved how they melted in mouth. Will definitely recommend this place.

I drove an hour to try the new lemonade donuts and ordered an assorted box with 6 regular glazed and 6 mixed lemonade donuts. I received an unfortunate surprise when I opened the box on the way home and wasn't given a single lemonade.was not worth the 2 hour round trip.

Had quick and great service! Just not a fan of the donuts. It gets hard to finish a single Krispy Kreme donut (due to the overwhelming glaze factor) compared to other places I’ve tried.

Honestly the worst experience I've had.disappointed that the minis were basic flavors. Staff seemed super confused even just taking the order.usually it's great and the store in Menifee is really good

Just want to know is it a scam!? ! Seriously I want my refund back. Order strawberry donut, nothing look like the poster at all!

We were driving by and they had the Hot Donut sign on and we went there immediately it was so much fun our whole family had such a great time the donut was just exceptionally light

The "Hot light" was on so its no surprise the drive-thru line was long. It would have been faster to just go inside the building, but I was just being lazy. At the end of the day, the freshly-made original glazed doughnuts are worth it.

I give every employee here props. The lines are crazy and they the demand is real. I love the glazed donuts and appreciate that they have theme donuts. I even had some made for my gender reveal which came out so pretty.

Weekend specials, mention the bee sweet dozen, enjoy, have patience because thier long line in drive thru, walk in also in n out about 15,20 depending on time.
