Krispy Kreme, City of Industry CA

Insanely long line, lukewarm donuts when the sign said that they would be hot. A dozen young employees inside taking, laughing and the line was crazy long. Not worth the wait at all.

This place gets REALLY crowded Saturday night but the service is pretty fast considering the amount of people they have to serve.

I usually enjoy my visits here. This visit I went for espresso and a doughnut. When asked by the staff if I was ordering a drink, I was directed to the drink counter. After ordering my drink I directed my attention to the doughnut case. I was then asked if I'm going to order a doughnut, to which I responded in the affirmative. I was then asked to get back in line at the back of the line. The line is in a narrow corridor which would require me to pass within inches of other patrons in a way that is not socially distant.

When raising the issue of standing in line twice with only a non socially distant path to get back into queue, the staff insisted. In my opinion, the staff was more concerned with telling people where to be than actually exercising good hygiene and distancing practices. In another opinion, their distancing practices should be re-evaluated and the management trained as such.

I left the store empty handed and took my business to another doughnut where their efforts are not misguided.

My husband carried my son and I here through drive thru on Wednesday 21st April 2021 around 7 30pm. We went around this time because this is the time for hot dognuts it was cold. Cannot advertise hot dognuts at a particular time and it is cold very misleading. The raspberry filled dognuts was the only one we enjoyed. The maple glazed is sugary omg too much of a weird oily greasy.aftertaste. Took off the maple glazed the remainder had no taste, just like whitebread. This is my 2nd time trying it. Am good will not be going back. Even my husband who loved it and introduced me into it said is too much sugar. Krispy Kreme you all need to cut back on that.

The old lady manger is so disrespectful and call their employees names and the younger females that were giving my donuts were so rude YOU NEED BETTER EMPLOYEES

This location can get really, really busy at times. I feel like this location is more busy than a lot of their other locations. They have a wide selection of doughnuts. Some of them are really sweet. You can check whether or not they are currently serving hot doughnuts via their app but sometimes the times don't match with the location. I like how they have new or seasonal doughnuts almost every month. They also sell coffee, milk, and juice. You can't go wrong with their original glazed donut.

Krispy Kreme is always a great place to visit. The staff is usually friendly (this place was friendly). They ran out of the blueberry donuts, which was a bit of a let down, but I found other donuts that were just as good.

My very first experience with Krispy Kreme I was amazed at the assembly line of donut machinery I could of purchased one of each. We did get 1 dozen They are truly AMAZING I'm a Fan

I really want to appreciate Crystal and the store manager, for being very patient with me with my order. Crystal took her time and helped me get what i wanted that early Tuesday morning. Those Oreo donuts were amazing, and the surprised faces of kids/coworkers were priceless when they saw the donuts. Thank you ladies!

I try to keep my kids away from this place (and sweets) but whenever we stop by for a treat, the staff and service are always great. Today (Thursday) we drove 4 miles to get my 3 girls a Friday morning treat and just as we were exiting the car, I realized I didn't have my wallet. I dug for change in the car and it came to $5.70. Good for 3 glazed donuts, right? But my kids wanted the special Oreo donut. I panicked, asked the girl who was serving us for the price and long story short, they were kind enough to make it happen without causing me any embarrassment. 3 Oreo donuts for the price of 3 original glazed, 1 grateful momma and 3 happy little girls. Thank you ladies for your kindness.
PS: my wallet was in the laundry basket. The last thing I touched before getting in the car.

Still a wait but the staff today was much "sweeter" than my last visit. Appreciate the friendliness when there was some oddball-ness from customers in line.

If there was a closer Krispy Kreme I would probably be there more often. These are really sweet delicious doughnuts. When I am in the area its the place to stop. Kids love them. Brought to you by Realtor Tomas

Although it would have been great to be inside and grab some hot fresh doughnuts we settle for the non contact Covid out in the car delivered it to us method. Still a great choice to go for the minis as the kids don't need huge amount of sugar.

The staff was great. She went out of her way to answer questions. But the donuts. I don't remember them that SWEET! Too much for my & the families liking.
