Krispy Kreme, Roseville CA

I received an email promo for $2 dozen donuts with paid dozen. They said they weren't offering it at Fairway Dr.in Roseville? Maybe they should not send emails offering it.the area

Delicious. The donuts are always great at this location. The employees are always great too.

Last three times I've gone in the morning the glazed donuts have been cold, Krispy Kreme is below average when it's cold. Might as well go to local shop

They changed the menue and pricing. They don't thave the quick break one with the two donuts and any size coffee drink. Its now one donut and a medium coffee drink.

Donuts are tasty. The service however was sub-par. Not one smile from the person that helped us. No real service. Just dry sterile responses. I don't think I'm coming back.

Just did a drive thru order for a mixed dozed. Every one of them taste like they are left overs from the day before. They are hard and stale … first time this has ever happened but I’ll not do drive thru anymore. And… I was charged full price

Doughnuts have shrunken over the years. They were so small I had to ask if this was a prank. $18 for a dozen, insane.

I love that they make fresh hot donuts even during the night! I Got a really nice classic glazed that was served warm. Just wish they were bigger

If you like overly sweet Donuts great place to be. I only enjoy their hot right off the chain fresh Donuts

One is a little lacking, two is a little too much, and it's so delicious to make a delicious donut bar that you can eat at any time. It would be great if only the staff were kind, but they are part-time workers, so it seems like they are just waiting for the time to pass. And the really strange thing is that the staff are friendly when there are many customers, but why is the staff unfriendly when the customer is alone? What's even worse is that there aren't many customers here.

The dining area was filthy, the employees where too busy killing bugs to even great us. Finally left after being ignored long enough to fully take in the built up grease, dirt and general ick everywhere. We left and weren't ever spoken to by employees. One of the 3 issues is bad enough but bugs, cleaning and customer service issues are a problematic trifecta and they should be ashamed.

Happy when this store first came to the Sacramento area.reminds of the times as a kid in Grand Rapids going to Krispy Kreme there, it's the same quality from when I was a kid. Love going here.

Every time I visit I’m immediately greeted with a smile, the dining area is clean and the smell of fresh glazed donuts starts making my mouth water.
I come often to pick up donuts for my accounts and today, Sunday the 7th, I wanted to get the special of $9.99 for a dozen as this was the last day.
What made this trip special is how team member Myriana Host 27 (I’m hoping this is the correct team member) handled the rush of customers, the POS didnt take the coupon (see pic) the manager was assisting another guest and when Myriana went to ask for support the manager stated “it will be a while”. Myrianas customer service skills definitely showed as she maintained a smile AAAAAND recommended the Creamsicle Chiller after I was asking questions about the drink and OOOMMGGEE! Great recommendation too!
Back to Myriana. I was patiently waiting for the manager to assist Myriana; the line didn’t shorten so to avoid an unruly crowed of mouth watering sugar craving guests Myriana handled the opportunity like a business owner and resolved the POS coupon glitch.
I definitely will be coming back to this location for business and personal due to the whole teams service. I speak on my experiences and I’ve been here multiple times and still amazed with the leadership.

I stopped here at the drive thru to get some donuts to bring in for my first day at my new job! The donuts were hot and delicious! Everyone appreciated the special treat! Excellent customer service. Fast, friendly and really a yummy treat! Will be back soon!

I'm not even a Krispy Kreme person. I prefer a regular crumb donut but I'm telling you it was soft and warm still. I had to eat the whole thing kind of like cotton candy just melted in my mouth. Wwo. I had a free dozen for my birthday. They were so kind when giving it to me. So yeah eat it warm.

Today my visit here was good I was able to pick 2 donuts that I enjoy and they were delicious, the staff and working employees were all very nice and helpful.

Overall everything was great price was perfect and just a nice visit to the location Thank you for being available Much Appreciated!
