Krispy Kreme, Orange CA

I recently order 4 boxes donut online. When I arrived the place there was no designated location for online order pickup. I still have to be in line and when I asked for my order they started preparing for my order. I placed order 30 min prior to my arrival. When I picked up the order I asked the cashier about online order pickup she told me it is same as u walk in. I like the Krispy Kreme but their process needs to improve.

This is usually my go to Krispy Kreme. I've not had a single bad experience since I've been coming here. Nice little outdoor area for when the weather is nice. And the inside is just like any other location.

The main downside (for me) to this Krispy Kreme is it's location. Being next to the mall is nice and all but when you're just going for some coffee and donuts there's a chance you'll run into the rude and selfish mall goers if not other patrons.

All in all this it's still a good Krispy Kreme.

Was quick for being as crowded as it was. I just am sad that they discontinued the one glazed donut with vanilla icing filling.: (

I love this place. Their donuts are always fresh no matter if the hot donut sign is on or off. I highly recommend this place is you're in the area and are craving donuts. Too bad it's only 5 stars because I would give way more than that

1 hour to stand and wait in line, I think the drive thru was faster. But, buy a dozen and the next dozen is $1.

The attendants at night are idiots had no variety got my order wrong gave me all original except for 2 donuts after being at the drive-thru for almost an hour didn't appreciate the service that's my thought

Always fresh & delicious! I love the fact that this location gives a free sample to everyone. My biggest issue is the traffic/parking. The drive through goes through part of the parking lot which adds to the congestion.

I was at a Krispy Kreme weeks ago and got the holiday dozen, which promised the cinnamon swirl. I didn't get it. So I ordered it separately at this one so I could try it. Lazy. I didn't look like the picture, it only had the white swirl, but not the brown one. It felt like they just grabbed a cinnamon sugar donut and threw the swirl on before they gave it to me. My 2nd disappointing trip.

Love how u get to see the doughnuts being made and staff are very friendly and the free samples are fresh and delicious

My family just went to your store. If your website says you close at 11, why are you closed at 10: 45? It was a waste of my family’s time and gas, and I don’t understand why this happened. I understand that it’s the day before Thanksgiving, but if you say you don’t close until eleven, is it really that hard to wait fifteen minutes more until you close shop?

The doughnuts were so soft and just been made you could even watch them being made I suggest this place.

Love going there! Has seasonal doughnuts such as for the holidays. The give free glazed doughnuts warm and fresh that melt in your mouth.

If you are in the mood for some serious sugar then go here especially when the light is flashing for fresh hot doughnuts.

Worst customer service ever. On 12/7 I was in line waiting for this girl to ring me up. She ignored me and took care of 2 people behind me. Manager called for another girl to help at register. But she did not help me. She helped other people behind me. I left and will never go back. Go to Dunkin Donuts.

If you've been to a KK before you know what to expect. If you haven't, it's worth checking out.

Love this location, all the staff is so friendly. My nephew's love to watch the donuts being made and always have a great time eating the free sample donut. Go after 5pm and you'll get to enjoy a fresh warm glazed donut while you order!

Wow. I've been to this location 3 times and twice they were out of original and twice they have messed the order. Good job.

Every time they have a promotional doughnut, I come here to try it, and it's always terrible, but I keep telling myself, "maybe this one will be good? ". The best doughnut they make is glazed, hot off the belt. It's literally what they are famous for, and I guess they will survive the constant disappointment on their promotional doughnuts, so long as they keep offering the hot, fresh, glazed doughnuts.

Its taking over 30 minutes to get donuts and there were no more than 5 cars ahead. This location is super slow.

They're always so nice at this location. Quick to complete the order even if they have a huge line, drive-thru or inside. And if you have the app they have deals once in a while
