Krispy Krunchy Chicken, Penryn CA

Lets be honest here. No one ever gets excited about petrol-station food. But THIS one is worth trying. Has a breast, leg, taters and gravy with a honey biscuit. I'm looking forward to eating here again! As good or better than Colonel Sanders' chicken

We just arrived from Phoenix and we’re hungry, we exit New Castle Denny’s, we came in and big guy with a loud voice and all smiles greeted us. It was a beautiful experience. He deserve a pay raise and recognition. Happy employee and positive attitude. He’s looking great in his uniform and neat. My husband and I we’re appreciative with the service. Rudy is the BEST in New Castle Denny’s.

Don't call the wedges fries because you will be corrected as we found out by the nice girl working the register. Will I go here again probably not unless I need gas.

Chicken and sides in the Cajun style. I'm a fan of this place. Located in a gas station, and I love it! Get the family meal, because it's an amazing deal for really good chicken. They are friendly here and enjoy talking with their customers; reminds me of the hospitality in the South. Fried chicken, chicken strips, potato wedges, honey butter biscuits, jambalaya, red beans and rice - it's all good.

Tell me you don't like your job without telling me you don't like your job. Cashier at the front desk did it amazingly. I've never ordered from this restaurant. The Cashier was very unwelcoming. I get it, you don't like your job. At least try to be a bit helpful. Will never buy from thus restaurant again. I am better off buying a bag of chips and a Gatorade.

Tip the awesome Chefs! Burgers and Chicken are always made fresh and the environment is always clean and friendly!

Stop here for snacks on the way to Reno and the chicken and honey biscuits were really good and would eat here again

I would have given 5 stars if they still did biscuits and gravy but they do not anymore. I was sad to hear that as it was cheap and always fresh and very tasty. I will say that their chicken is always excellent as well. Staff is friendly and honestly if it wasn't for the biscuits and gravy it would be 5+ stars. Disappointed but still love this place

This place is located in a gas station and is legit good. It's an actual separate business from the station and also serve some burgers and sandwiches.

Don't let the gas station fool you, this is excellent fried chicken! I've tried the tri tip sandwich here too, highly recommend.

Whoa, this was a delicious surprise. Excellent! Excellent staff and food. I had never had Krispy Krunchy before and like my food seasoned well - the Spicy nuggets/strips and honey biscuits leaves you wanting more. I believe I will be a life customer.

This place never disappoints, their food is a always fresh and delicious, prices are great and friendly staff. If you're in the area I definitely recommend stopping by. Even if you're not in the area, it's worth going for some fresh delicious crispy chicken 5/5

I was excited to try Krispy Krunchy Chicken because I've heard a lot of good things. It was sort of a let down. I was happy with the amount of chicken vs breading, meaning there was a lot of meat and not too much breading like a lot of other places do. But there wasn't much flavor. Maybe I'll try it again some time.

I honestly dont eat much fast food but Krispy Krunchy Chicken is kind of a guilty pleasure if i want some chicken strips while at work.

Just stopped to grab a fountain drink and use the bathroom. The lady at the counter was incredibly friendly to everyone in the store. She should get a raise!

This place was terrible the cashier was not polite at all and she didnt have gloves on while touching the cash register and then went right to touching and handling our food and they have a big sign out front advertising a special, when i ordered it she made it sound like it was a total hassle and said it going to take a while to get it going.dont go there

Krispy Chicken is AWESOME! Excellent flavor, always fresh. Biscuits and Jo-jo potatoes fantastic as well. If you need a good meal on the road, the 76 station in Penryn is particularly nice. Bathrooms super clean with purell wipes stocked everywhere. Good selection of food items. Even has a grill to fresh order burgers. One of the best mini marts I've been to. We travel professionally.

Service was not good! Wife and I stopped on our way home on Sunday 2-22-2021 around 5: 20pm. Thought we'd give it a try and pickup 25 pieces for us and a house full of teenagers. The employee working the counter tells us that it would be a 20 min wait, which we were fine with, but, the employee in the back rudely informed his co worker that cooking more chicken isn't happening and says they, meaning my wife and I, should have called ahead for an order. I get it, after 5 is late for anyone to be looking for dinner. ‍️ but, it worked out, we stopped at Savemart in auburn and they were more than happy to sell us our fried chicken needs. Little advice to the Krispy Krunchy chicken cooker.it you don't want to sell it don't put, it on the menu.

The chicken sandwiches are amazing my son must have one a week, my husband eats the fries every day.
