3Left message my name, # and why I was calling and never received received a call back.
I call to ask about Labor Day hours and what pets are available im greeted by “why so what are you calling for” with the worst, most rude attitude. I was really thinking about coming to adopt a kitty here but not when I’m greeted by the lady on the phone. Really shows how good of a customer service they have. Kick rocks, I’ll just go to the SPCA where I should’ve called to begin with.
Betty and team took great care of our Akita and Husky dogs. They loved the indoor/outdoor kennels and being away from the city a bit. They were happily exhausted from their weekend away at Kamp and napped all the way home to Sac! Highly recommend and we're already on the books for another stay soon!
