Some of the people in this company I don't know if they own the company or if there just worked for the Company but they are very disrespectful and very rude

I want to thank Helen Shore for going above and beyond! She is very professional, courteous, communicative, and caring. I cannot thank her enough for all of her assistance and help. I had been a tenant for 3 years and I have had the best experience. The maintenance requests were resolved very quickly. The entire staff is very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Krone and Bushard management company to rent from!

Since Helen had an honest review removed, we now have to repost again. Helen is the worst property manager you could ever have. Extremely unprofessional, inconsistent with response time, and does not address major issues, and starts drama among roommates. At the property on Del Monte Ave - there is a mold problem, a termite problem, and there is evident water damage. None of those major issues were fixed - all denied with an excuse as to why nothing could be done. Spare yourself and DO NOT rent from this company. You will never meet the landlord and you will not see the majority of your deposit back. Less than half the deposit was refunded, Also Helen had to write her own review on google just in order to bring up ratings (see below). That should tell you everything you need to know about this company.

The tenants at 4465 Mississippi st apt #6 are blat their music very often until early morning. I called them twice to report this disturbance and they don’t have the decency to address the problem. So be prepared, they don’t resolve issues.
