Family owned authentic NY pizza joint, very friendly owner. The pizza is reminiscent of when I used to live in new york. Fire to say the least

Order a large pepperoni and cheese pizza. The amount of cheese was so minimal that I literally had to "scrape" the paper thin layer of cheese from the other half and put it on top of the other side to get a somewhat reasonable bite. I've never seen that before. Would not recommend. It wasn't cheap either. Should have taken pictures.

Was a good costumer service, the pizza was delicious, buena calidad, they have a good prices for pizzas and pastas

If we could leave negative stars I would. My husband called ordered. Then called right back to cancel after seeing reviews. We have kids and didn't want to risk it. The man on the phone said the pizza was done and he couldn't cancel. My husband said I called less then a few minutes ago. It can't be done. You said it would take 20 min. The guy on the phone said "what you have no money are your poor? "" Or you need permission from your wife? " The man extremely rude.

Never disappointed, this is officially our go-to pizza delivery joint. The pizza is great, I love the crust, the delivery is almost always earlier than expected and when pizza is involved, or any food for that matter, it is a great bonus.
Our kids love it too, and we have one very picky eater, so here's bonus #2.

I walked in 10 minutes before they closed. Not only did I receive the best customer service, the pizza was delicious! The only bad thing was the fact that didn’t get two slices! I appreciate the welcoming service and I will only be getting my pizza from here, from now on.

Unfortunately my usual pizza spot went down in quality and customer service. Ordered through phone to pick up guy said 10 minutes. I arrived 25 minutes later and my order wasn’t even started had to wait an additional 10 minutes. Hopefully they can fix their issues before they start losing business.

I come here for years now last 2 times this pizzeria is really discussing the pizza is total different the wings is really nasty. I am over they are under new management and they are completely destroying the old owners success they are slowly becoming 1 star. And is to much for real hafl a star is good.
