Hi, I'm a concerned custmor that shop at the 99 cent store in Concord, Ca on 1701 Willow Pass Rd. I have shop lots of times with my family. We have complained to the mangers about the hand baskets and still nothing have been done. I'll be sending pictures of two of the baskets so you will see. Thank you.

Tonight's first news story at 10pm of a JV coach's fight with a student does not merit that type of coverage. KTVU is following the other Bay Area stations covering frivolous news. Won't waste my time viewing any traditional local news except KQED.
I just watched the 2 investigates about the window company and I think they have not correctly reported this. I think it is blown way out of proportion and very unfair to the local business owner. I called and left a message on the channel 2 news line that they should report both sides as the small business owner is likely not well enough staffed to handle such a publicity event. I hope they do give the other side. Honestly these homeowners if they knew the truth would likely not be that concerned. Of course I do not know if they really were "overcharged" but the technical side of the story was not correctly reported in my opinion.
