They conducted two highly effective open houses, ensuring a swift sale at the right price. The mover they recommended and we used really guided us through the pre-move steps, and then executed the whole transfer over two days.

Navigating the intricate process of purchasing and selling a home, all while orchestrating a move amidst numerous constraints, can undeniably be a high-stress period. Sheran Honeywell was the best. From their staging suggestions to always advising and giving me feedback and suggestions. The open houses they did for me and also kept records of who was interested in purchasing. Right to the end they guided us and did everything that needed to be done. I totally would recommend the Kulda Group for sale or if you are interested in buying. The whole team endorses you, takes you under their wing and are very pleasant to deal with and work with Kudos to all of them.

Juliette and her team did an excellent navigating a very challenging sale. From the inital enagement, house prep, marketing, and ultimately closing on the sale Juliette and her staff were on top of every detail. This included working with a very difficult buyer and an a buyers agent who was not the most responsive. I can't stress enough how critical Juliette's support and guidence was in this enviornment where the buyer became adversarial.
