Kung Fu Tea, Redlands CA

My grandkids love the Boba Tea, the service can be better, no one is in the establishment the gentlemen on shift that day was probably having a bad day, it took a long time to make my drink.
However the day went for him
The Teas are definitely worth a bit of pressure.

My visit here was perfect which is why my review is 5 stars, but there was this lady that came in a hurry and there was only worker with a line. The lady was in a hurry and urged and pressured the only nice worker there telling her to make her order first instead of taking the other customers order…

Very nice place. I love the vibe here. The staff is awesome and very friendly and professional. We got three items and all of them were delicious.

Some of the best Boba yea I've had in a while. I'm lactose intolerant, so I'm a huge fan of their milk strike drink options. The manager is always super helpful ND friendly.

Drinks are good, service/training could be better. They know how to melt all of their cups with boba but aren't smart enough to melt or fix the lids on the cups after guests tell them multiple times over multiple visits that the drinks are leaking. All that is done is they blame the machine and smile instead of fix the actual issue (the quality of the finished product).

Nice KF tea. Clean space and bathroom. Friendly staff. Parking lot has space.

I felt unsafe at this restaurant. When I arrived, it was full of people who had ordered up to 1hr prior. Apparently they were short on ingredients and waiting for them to be delivered or prepared. The cashier didn’t let me know about this prior to taking my order. My fault I guess for not noticing that no one in the restaurant was drinking anything.
After witnessing a tense verbal altercation between him and customers asking for their orders to be filled, some of whom were granted refunds, the cashier walked out. Other patrons stared me down with aggressive intensity when I asked about orders. It was very uncomfortable.
I’m sitting here now 25min later and still haven’t seen a drink come out of the kitchen, which now only has one poor girl working.
They’ve got some kinks to iron out on the management side. Be wary for a few months I’d say.

Update: after 35 minutes only a couple more drinks had been served. I asked for a refund and left. I actually know one of the workers or manager from another business in town that is well staffed and well run. It was confusing to see him show up later to assist the disaster.

The cashier was very rude, unhelpful, and unwelcoming. I was excited for this place to replace my Starbucks addiction but I guess I'll stick with the other Boba shop up the street. ‍️

I was happy to hear that Redlands open Kungfu tea! Now I don’t have to drive far to rancho cungamonga for my drink. The workers are friendly and they get your drink out fast!
