Kung Fu Tea reviews
18Love the Thai milk tea with boba! This place never disappoints. Only thing that could change is to be open earlier in the morning.
I used to love their milk teas when they first started. Now it tastes like water. Very sad that I'll have to find a new place.
I don’t understand why but if you are rating this place at 5 stars then you don’t deserve to be served by these wonderful hardworking workers at the Carmel Mountain Rd location
Did an online order ahead, still waited 25 minutes for my drink just for both of them to be wrong? Then took another 5 minutes to get them. Y does boba take half an hour to make guys.
Probably one of the WORST kung-fu locations.and the employee shall is the roselt.she's busy everyone's busy I get it but she is so rude and acts like she is some elite princess.knows nothing about customer service or how to treat people equally.
If I could give a zero I would. The boba was good but the drink was sh! T it tasted like a spicy chai and i ordered a Thai tea. Would not recommend.
Ordered via app. Allowed 30 minutes for pick up. Got there and waited an additional 35 minutes to get our order ready, while new walk- in customers get their orders ahead of us. Horrible order management leading to terrible experience.
More than half of my boba pearls were hard and unchewable.got my drink on 8/16 at 5: 50 pm.it was so disgusting and it wasn’t busy so i’m not sure why i received boba pearls that weren’t ready or made for consumption.this place has messed up my order a couple of times in the past, but bruh come on
inside of the store is nice, but don’t waste your time and go to the convoy location.they always do things wonderfully.
I love Kung Fu Tea! I especially enjoy their Punch series of drinks. The Rosehip lemonade, strawberry lemonade and sunshine pineapple tea are typically my go-to's. Usually Kung Fu Tea's boba is always the perfect texture but I have only been to this location once and the boba was a teensy bit firm. Not horrible, just not the quality I am used to. I have only been here once and hope it's a fluke. Unlike the locations further south the parking here is plentiful. Highly recommend.
Nice place and good staff. Boba was good, not the best I've had but I'd get it again.
Ordered through the app. Multiple people that came in after me ended up getting their orders ahead of mine. When I asked about it they had no idea about the order. I ended up waiting almost 25 minutes. I even ordered a burrito nearby that I picked up while waiting for my order. No hustle whatsoever from the staff and not even an apology.
Ordered milk tea with Boba. The Boba were very soggy, and most of them clumped together. Disappointing quality for a drink that costs $7.
It's ok. Some of the flavors are not tasty. The pricing is kind of high and the service is ok. Only go to place because it's close by. Parking is a nightmare as well.
I'm so happy there's a boba tea place in Carmel Mountain Ranch area coz it's the first and only. We love their different boba drinks and the interior decor is exquisite.
Really yummy boba! A little more on the pricy side but they are really specific with their drinks! Upon ordering, must indicate how much ice, sugar, if you want just boba or another sort or jelly I believe and the kind of milk as well. I have only tried the Kung Fu Tea which I loved. There is also an app where it makes ordering very easy to just go and pick up. According to a friend who always goes, the time given in which it will be ready is usually always it, however I went several minutes before, maybe around 5 ish and it was just ready as I walked in.
The boba was raw and hard.i asked them if i could just get a new drink because i wasn’t comfortable eating raw boba.they said they fix the boba and they gave me and new drink, and it was almost worse.rock solid.
Still a solid choice for boba for me, and I come often. I will say that consistency is my biggest issue with Kung Fu Tea; depending on the time of day and who makes the drinks, things can be either amazing or very "meh". Mistakes with orders are also way more common than they should be, but the staff members are usually good about correcting them. Overall, it's good boba at a pretty reasonable price, so I'll continue to come often, but I would probably not say that it's my first choice amongst other options.
KFT in Carmel Mountain has been my go to since it first opened. But out of all my times going I haven’t experienced something more dumb than this. I got a WM Milk GT with boba. This has happened to me before but it hadn’t been this bad. Majority of the tapioca pearls were barely cooked or uncooked, I was unable to bite through it. I understand if they were running low, but I’d rather have a small amount of cooked boba than a ton of barely cooked boba and a small scoop of cooked. Other than the boba the drink itself was good.
