FSBO before Harvey Young or Keller Williams. Absolutely the laziest and worst realtor I’ve ever worked with. It took him over six weeks from getting the keys to have our house on the market, and then failed to response to feedback over the open houses. This combination cost me a minimum of 10% of the overall house value on what we had to accept, since we missed the summer sales season and rates went up the whole time we were waiting for him to list the house. He’ll never let a text do when he could keep you on the phone for a half hour instead. He talks a great game, but just can’t deliver. I have never in my life lost more money because of the (in) action of a single person. Avoid at all costs.

Harvey is a Cantonese speaking agent. If you want a timely, competent agent, I would not recommend him

Don't go to Harvey when buying or selling property, it's slow and useless.
