14The selection is amazing and the prices just as amazing. It is a very busy place.just like Costco I found the best time to go is when they first open in the morning.just like Costco. The money and time you will save makes it well worth it. It's a one stop shop.counter tops, cabinets, faucets, sinks handles and flooring. I did 2 bathrooms for half the cost of other places.including Home Depot and Lowes
Ok selection, but its pre-fab cabinets. Service was very good. Not able to get quartz counter samples, so that was a bit disappointing.
Quality of the kitchen closet is very low, the paint fall off after 3 months.
Within 1 year, the door of the trash can closet fall apart! Don't buy any product from this store. I spent almost 10K in this store!
The cabinets choices are good, but the staff is not that friendly. I wanted to find out some pricing, but they told me they could only talk to my contractor.

Wendy Zhao was the best salesperson out of the three folks I interacted with. Customer service here is lacking, so be prepared to just wait in line at a salesperson's desk to get help with your order. If you go in expecting amazing customer service you'll be disappointed. As for product, they have a great selection of kitchen cabinets, counters, and tile. Really great prices, too. Worth dealing with indifferent salespeople to save a ton on your kitchen!
Very dishonest store and worker. Asked same question but got two totally different answers. Never tell you when your order would be in store and your order is back order or not. You have to call them frequently to ensure your schedule wont be delayed. Stay away from it unless you got plenty of time to play with them.
They have a very limited choices for kitchen cabinet selection and quality of the cabinets is not good at all. The only positive thing about them is they deliver in less than a weeks time after you deliver. PLEASE PLEASE do not go with their Installation as they absolutely ruined my kitchen and broke the new appliances that we have provided them to install.
If you know what you want, have your own layout and dimensions, and have somebody else do the install, this place is a good cabinet value. Don't get your counters through them.
Went to this place to checkout the kitchen cabinets for my home, people there were very rude and didn't answered any questions I had and didn't seem like they need business.
This review is a response to the review below written by SwedishGirl. I didn't want to clarify this review but many of my customers are asking why there is a negative review on me specifically with a feeling of personal hate. Again this is from one of the old co-workers who made up the story. I hope her post won't mislead any customers from coming into KZ. Called for some cabinet and granite information before making a trek to the store out of my busy schedule. The woman who answered the phone was very rude, not helpful at all. She could not point to any useful information. I am glad I called first!
Horrible, rude, lazy incompetent staff. Showroom sales person, Mary Zhang, is the rudest and stupidest sales person I've met in a long time. KZ has a history of not standing behind the products they sell and cheating their customers, you've been warned.
I wish I had read reviews before I made the purchase from the company. We bought cabinets and granite countertops for our brand new kitchen, total worth over $10K.
First of all, they messed up the under-the-sink cabinet. I have an apron sink, but they delivered a cabinet for drop-in sinks, and we had to go to the warehouse and exchange for ourselves.
Secondly, and more frustrating is the granite countertop, I bought Kashmir WHITE stones, which is very appealing in their Brokaw showroom, creamy white color with minimal marbling. But what we received is BEIGE-RED colored stone with ink-stain-like patterns, VERY VERY VERY disappointing. I had my contractors pick the stones up from warehouse on Friday, and I found out this problem on Saturday morning while the installation is already half way done. So I can not return them for a refund, and if I ask my contractors to remove the installed ones and install new ones, it would double the time and money, which I have absolutely no obligation to pay.
I tried to get some discount and live with it, but the store manager Jennifer was rude and unprofessional over the phone, she tried to blame it all on me, and said they can only offer me $160 discount. I can not accept that and wanted to talk to her boss - the boss is out of town, she said. Of course, how can the boss be in town at such moments? !
I wanted to give 0 star for the business, but I decided to give one star because of Ronnie, the sales person, who was trying to help me as much as she can, I wish she was the manager.
