3My nails last longer here than any other nail salon in Cypress. I love them
Left without my nails done, never got called out of my waiting chair.
They let me sit there waiting for over an hour and never told me they were too busy to see me or to come back later.
Person after person came in (5 to be exact) and kept getting seen before I did. I finally addressed the staff and they seemed to care less. When I asked why they didn’t tell me they were too busy, they said they forgot about all of the appointments coming in… then told me to make an appointment next time.
Overall, without an appointment don't expect to be seen or even addressed. Very unprofessional and a huge waste of time.
LG Nails Cypress is my nail salon for pedicures the past 2 years. I'm very pleased with their services, cleanliness of the business, reasonable prices, massage chairs, nail polishes organized by color, and the staff is very friendly. I always walk out with pretty & happy feet! Thanks everyone at LG Nails!
