I'm really happy with the company and the quote that Ralph gave us. He's very professional, informative and helpful. We love how our patio turned out! Beautiful, professionally done! The workers were very skilled, friendly, I'm extremely satisfied with everything from beginning to end. Thanks John, Ralph and you awesome workers who are so great at your job! Thank you so much!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, they do cheap work and charge a FORTUNE and then take short cuts to save money and they don’t care what the final job looks like or if you are unhappy! They did the job other than what was discussed at the time of the bid. They ran the electric the cheapest way possible, from my master bedroom on the second floor, cut right through the patio cover (which compromises the integrity) and straight down the middle of the wall when they could have just spent a few more bucks and ran it over the top and down at the corner then along with the other conduit I have that runs along the base. Now everyone will have to look at the ugly metal pipe that runs right down the middle of my wall to the wall switch box. They refuse to make it right. Ralph initially quoted me $18,000, an insane price for just the patio cover, I already had a beautiful wood structure, they were just securing a cover over the top and a few lights. When I bristled at the price, he lowered it to $15,900, still way too much money and I’m embarrassed to say I spent that much. He told me it would take 3 days with a few guys plus the cost of materials so I agreed to the proposal because I thought they would be a no hassle, high quality construction company and I wouldn’t have issues… BOY WAS I WRONG! It took them 1 day (way cheaper) with a few guys and the end product looks terrible. I am so disappointed that I chose them and would never use them again and will never refer them! Read the other reviews, I wish I had, they have so many bad ones.

Communication with John in the beginning was great with very prompt responses. We had an estimate today with Ralph. He was very friendly, informative, and personable. He answered all of our questions about the patio cover and design well. Very very nice guy. The overall estimate appointment was smooth. Looking forward to installing this patio cover! Great experience woth John and especially Ralph!

Well after 17 months one of the two patios installed at my house still leaks after 5 or 6 attemps to fix. I'm now left with a broken promise to call me today
By the installers you hired This again unacceptable. My last review mentioned this fact. If I do not hear from you or your installer
Within 7 days. I will hire a different patio company to come and fix the leaks and send you the bill
I'm tired of the no call backs
The guesses on what's wrong? M And the many attemps to fix my patio

Now who you going to blame. Last time the president of houser. Sent me a massage saying we are not responsible. It's not housers fault. To discredit my first review
Now the balls in your court

Our first rain after the Patio cover was installed, it leaked. We called and emailed the pics. They said they would set uo appt to send someone, no call back or email. I called again no answer, left message and another email, no response. A couple of months later I called, Martha said our warranty expired, I showed her proof of my attempts to get it fixed. She said we'll call you with an appt. Again had to call back. She gave me a date and time frame when someone would arrive. No one showed up, I called again, she said I'll call you back to find out why he didn't show up. GUESS WHAT, no call back, I called, no answer. I read so many reviews of the same. The worst customer service I ever experienced especially for a company that charges alot of $$$. THEY WERE QUICK TO QUOTE, INSTALL AND ENSURE THEY WERE PAID, BUT NOT TO FIX THEIR MISTAKES, OR RESPOND. I'm going to report to BBB.

They did a really poor job, they made a patio cover but looks like they didn’t seal it and the water was all around the paintings and the furniture and the worst part is that they don’t even tried to fix the problem.

I am updating my review from 1 star to 5 stars to reflect the resolution to my leak issues. The GM, Brent, called me immediately after seeing the review. He was very professional, apologetic and nice. He assured me the leak would be fixed the next day and it was! I do love my patio cover! Thank you Brent for your quick resolution to this matter.
