This furniture store is the most treasured furniture store I have found in Los Angeles. The price/performance ratio is very high, there are many styles to choose from, and they also offer special offers from time to time! In particular, I actually chose the dark brown chest of drawers, which matches my bedroom perfectly! There is also the installer who came to deliver the goods, he is also very professional, the installation is fast, and he explained to me how to use it. I will choose a few pieces of furniture this weekend.

Does the installer deserve a tip for pretending to be like this? Real crap service

There was a female clerk with a bad attitude. We went there around 4pm. She said whether you buy it or not, don't affect our get off work. My niece controlled her temper and bought 2 sets of sofas, a sofa table, a dining table, and 4 dining tables and chairs with her. A big mattress. Yesterday 7/5/2023, when I drove the pickup truck to pick up the goods from the store, she said that these boxes belong to you, and you should move them to the door of the store, and then arrange how to load them. It is estimated that you will not be able to finish the installation at one time (if you can't finish the installation, you will move it outside the store, who will help you look at it). Then I asked one more question, she was not happy about how many boxes there were. Didn’t I tell you that there were all those boxes. I didn't argue with her. Tell my niece that there are so many furniture stores opened by Vietnamese people in front of my house. You come here to buy it. What do you think. The clerk heard the conversation and left by himself. Bad attitude.

The attitude can be judged as bad, and the goods are not correct, the actual delivery is not the same as the one in the store, it can be said to be deception, and the expression when returning the goods can eat people.
