The nail tech ripped my dip powder without soaking it off. Ripped/broke my natural nails off and made my nails bleed.

I had a wonderful experience, a lady named rose did such an amazing job! Not only was she amazing at what she does she was fast! I will definitely go back and ask for again.she deserves to be recognized for the work she did.
