La Boulangerie de San Francisco, Cole Valley reviews
12The best ham and cheese croissant in SF. Get it warmed up, and you’ll be hooked! Also the coffee is actually very good too!
A cute French bakery with friendly staff and delicious pastries. The chocolate chip cookies are so tasty that we've been back multiple times for them. We've also tried the baguette sandwiches and sourdough loaf and they are superb. I highly recommend this cafe as we are quickly becoming regulars here.
Loving this bakery! They are extremely friendly, the chocolate chip cookies are my favorite in the city, and the latte is delicious. I haven't had the opportunity to sit there yet, but the environment seems very relaxing. Highly recommend for a lite bite.
Excellent place for a quick bite. Love their baguette sandwiches. They also have great quiches, soups, frittatas and baked goods. They serve coffee and tea.
Went for a pastry and coffee and ended up getting breakfast. Very expensive although delicious omelette and pastries.
Nice, warm and delicious place the pastries fresh, the attention wonderful girls we smiles and very cordial is like you grandma's cook for you
Great neighborhood spot to sit down and have a quick coffee. The Viet iced coffee was decent. Friendly staff and the wait in line is not that bad.
We’ve been getting their flakey croissant toast in our imperfect foods box for some time now. So it was exciting to visit the actual bakery while in the Bay Area. We could actually hear each other talk which made for easy catching up!
Great lil bakery with plentiful brunch options. French toast, breakfast sandwich, and avocado toast were all on point. Croc Moncier was served room temp, so sadly no melty cheese! Their chocolate chip cookie & raspberry pistachio croissant were Divine!
all the employees were charming and the prices were what you’d expect for the area.
Not the world’s most comfortable seating but that was quickly forgotten about.
Delicious food! My one complaint is that even for customers who eat onsite, they use disposable and plastic plates, cups, and utensils. Would be 5 stars if they had a more sustainable solution!
Wonderful café to sit and read/study in. Great neighbourhood, friendly people. I’ve tried many cafés in San Francisco, and this is by far the most authentic to the pastries I’ve had in France. Alongside great coffee, (an almond croissant latte that surprisingly tastes exactly like the croissant) it also should be said that the café does an amazing job introducing pastries outside of the usual croissants. I utterly recommend the kouign amanns and cannelés. Their croissant toasts are also to die for.
Great food. The Baguette Sandwiches are one of the best I have eaten. Simple minimal ingredients, with exceptional bread.
So good. Glad it re-opened after Starbucks killed it.
It's still delicious. The staff is still so good. I'm going to keep coming back.
