Good food but horrible service, specially from the girl at the register taking your order. Also, check your order before you leave. Once I got home i realized they got my order wrong

Fish tacos are pretty good. They do have a resemblance to tacos from Baja California so they get my approval.

Drove there for first time and it didnt go good. Make sure to ask for spoon and salt cookies when you order coctel or any seafood only give u one cookie and 1 tostada

Been here many times and Ill put in this review what I always tell others. Come here when you are in the mood for seafood related mexican food (e.g. Fish tacos, shrimp tacos etc). In this regard, La Bufadora is top tier. However if you just want carne asada, regular tacos, or burritos there will better places to eat at. The Fish Baja Tacos (in picture) are some of my favorite and are one of the items that has me coming again and again. Salsas are also very good. Just note that this place is pretty popular and its small inside, so it can get a little cramped (luckily you can eat outside).

Ordered 2 burritos and a quesadilla. Took over 20 minutes to make. Food was great, but I wouldn't order here again if I am in a rush or on a lunch break.

My husband and I went for lunch today. As I was eating something caught my eye, I look down and notice Cockroaches were crawling around on the floor. Not much more to say lunch ended abruptly. Do not eat here unless you want a Cockroach Taco. The sight won't let me put a 0

Incredibly rude and unprofessional employees that are barely able to communicate. And if you order here for delivery, just know they’re forcing delivery drivers to break policy and prepare your drinks FOR THEM instead of doing their job and preparing it themselves. They also handed me each food item individually to place inside a plastic bag and seal it with a sticker myself. I packed up this customer’s order. THAT IS THEIR JOB, NOT MINE.

I came here to pick up an order for my customer, called ahead of time to make sure they would have the order ready when I arrive. She said it would be 5 more minutes. I arrived and stood there waiting for another 15 minutes.

Cashier yelled at me “CHIPS! ” in such a condescending tone that everyone in the store became quiet. There was no need to hand me each item individually to pack up, they just didn’t want to do their job.

If I were ordering delivery, I would be OUTRAGED to find out that they’re having delivery drivers prepare drinks and touch each food item individually. Delivery drivers are not certified for food preparation/ handling. They are there to pick up food and drinks that should have already been prepared.

I have good hygiene but the same cannot be guaranteed for every other delivery driver that comes in, yet they want them touching drink lids, food, and filling cups. How gross and a blatant violation of food safety.

I ordered a takeout meal and when I went to pick it up, it wasn’t ready. The cashier realized she never submitted the order so she placed it after I waited in a long line. So I sat and waited longer and noticed a lot of customers got their food that came after me. Finally I went to ask about my order and it was just sitting there, but they never called my name. Once I got home, everything was completely wrong. I love their tacos, but after this I’m not going back there.

Food is great, however, both times I came here they have taken way longer than what they said. Today for just two items, they said “10-15 mins” and it took 37 mins. Almost my full lunch break waiting on the food! Hard to enjoy their lovely food when I only have 5 mins to eat it. Not happy.

Food was ok. Poor quality in regards to serving. Cashier was unaware of what was going on. I asked for 2 beers and she handed us a soda cup. We also asked for beans on our carne asada fries and she gave us a side plate.

It's my first time at this place and I loved it. The potato Taco, Baja fish taco and shrimp ceviche are really good. My grandchildren loved it too.

As a customer who comes on a regular basis and spends over $30 every time I come here the customer service should be exceptional, but its not. The food is good, but the way the employees treat the customer is just rude. I will not come back unfortunately,

First time eating at La Bufadora and it was pretty good. We ordered the carne asada burrito, cheese quesadilla and potato tacos. The burrito was pretty good with frijoles de olla, rice and meat but a little on the dry side (kinda the norm these days because they don't put salsa inside the burrito), the quesadilla was fine came with sour cream, and the star of the show was probably the potato taco. The potato tacos are $2.50ea or 3/$5.00, so we got three and they came loaded with crema, cabbage, tomatoes and cheese. We got all of this and 2 fountain drinks for around $29.00.
My only knock is no salsa bar and the salsas they do offer are prepackaged and none are very spicy which is what I look for. I'll probably be back for the potato tacos if im in the area but I dont think I'd make the drive just for that.

Great food only gave 4 stars because every single time they forget to give us the guacamole that is either included or that you pay extra for. The forgetting isn’t an issue but the male cook likes to act like you are lying about it. So just make sure to check for it before leaving.

Surprised at the horrible service. Leadership starts from the top so when the leadership offers poor customer service the employees do it as well and it shows. The food is pretty good but no fish taco is worth being treated poorly.

Extremely friendly and helpful workers. Fish and shrimp tacos are delicious. They have affordable week day deals too.:) Got my vegan sister some potato tacos!

Have eaten here plenty of times. Absolutely loved it. Haven’t been there in a while, went in today and got a burrito. It was horrible they don’t serve any kind of breakfast food anymore. The tortilla I’m not sure what that was. Very very disappointing. Won’t be visiting there anymore.

Really sad about the because this has been out to go spot for months now. We love the tacos. However Due to the bad service we have received and due to them “loosing our order” 2 weeks in a row. We will not be going back. When you make a mistake as a business you need to own it and apologize. If that would’ve been done or if they may offer us a free drink while we wait the 45 min to get out food we called in ahead of time. An apology anything? ! Unfortunately you have lost our business for good. Say sorry for your mistakes and it can really make a difference.
