La Casa Dana Apartments, L'Abri Management, Inc. DOES NOT CARE ABOUT PROPERTY MAINTENANCE AND LESS ABOUT TENANTS.
Mold everywhere including in units and laundry mat
They hire the WORST MANAGERS
- property management manager has stolen tenants rent checks before they got fired (peoples banking information got stolen)
-2nd Manager would throw house parties and engaged in s*xual activities with tenants
-CURRENT managers Ignore complaints and do not do any of maintenance care
We have multiple tweaker walking into “gated “ common areas… front and side gates are all broken just have to pull on door to get inside
Many tenants have gotten cars broken into
Management does not care
Also alot of pest
Save your hard earned money and rent somewhere else
I visit there frequently. It's always quiet in the complex and the neighbors are friendly.
