La Casita Oaxaqueña Restaurant reviews
11It is the first time that I visit this place, it is simple and cheap. The food tastes good, the problem here is that they take a long time to take the order. And in serving the dishes, it has a nice Mexican style. But I feel that the place is very neglected starting with the bathroom, if they put more care in the appearance of the place it would look very good.
They always take time either to take your order and order your food whenever I come it takes 30 to 40 minutes to serve your food the waiters hardly ever come by if you need something sometimes I have to get up either to ask for napkins or utensils or orders that are given to them they forget either for a coffee or an extra order of tortillas or another extra order the food is delicious but the service is lousy and also there are times that they serve those who arrive later than one and it happens twice so if you decide to come and they come very hungry think twice to come
We arrived at 4: 30 pm and as soon as we opened the door and entered, the cashier yelled in front of everyone who was there.
ONLY TO TAKE BECAUSE WE ARE GOING TO CLOSE AT 5
Very rude indeed!
It is understood that they close at 5 but they should specify in their service hours that to eat there at 3: 30 or 4 pm. They don't mind losing customers even if their food is good. It was our first time there and the last.
ITS "POWERFUL" CUSTOMER SERVICE I do not recommend this place at all and I would give it 0 stars if there was the option.
Good food and good service, but if you see a price on the menu when you go to pay it's 10 dollars more expensive
Service with a smile! I was craving menudo and wanted to try this nice little restaurant on a corner. Great decision! I highly recommend u come try it. Attention to detail was definitely the approach on the ingredients to the menudo. Was absolutely delicious! The corn tortillas were the best I've ever had too.
Bad experience, they didn't take good care of us, first they told us that if we wanted any smoothie that he didn't know in a rough way. Then they didn't even give us wipes. We asked for more and they only gave us 2 wipes. I sent to buy wipes. Until then they sent us more. Apart from the fact that it's always dirty outside.
I work two minutes away and I purchased at least 3 times per week. As always, I called to place an order but I had a pricing question. Lady who answered refused to help and said she was outside away from the register so too bad. La Casita, you have lost a loyal customer.
Every plate in this restaurant is delicious. Customer service is great. They have hand made tortillas. Bathrooms are clean. Very authentic Oaxaqueña food.
The quesadillas were amazing. My husband hasn't had one for over 15 years. Made his day.
Service its too slow they have to organize little bit more
I order in advance they toll me 20 min and end it up taking and it took more then 40 min
This is a small hidden gem on mission only open till 5 pm. Must try mole from Oaxaca. Menu is full of options that can only be found locally here.
