It has no restrooms. But I was able to take a break safely. Alone as a woman. Nobody bothered me. I also parked far away from everyone and stayed in the well lit area of the parking lot

My license plates have been stolen twice here. The police really need to monitor this. It is not a safe place to park your car. I was even parked in the front.

Convenient location with a Goodwill drop off
Although, this place is half occupied by homeless in cars and trash everywhere. Not sure if safe to leave your car overnight.
